「I have stayed here a couple times now. The rooms are clean and the water is hot. The hotel is around a 5 minute walk to the end-of-the-line tram station. There are also busses available to get into Prague. As far as check-in, there is a note on the door that says to call a local phone number and they will let you in and give you the key.
