"I’ve never felt more disgusting after a shower. The grout was moldy and peeling and the shower head was covered in white stuff. There was no counter sink space. The bed was so uncomfortable and sunk in and tilted. I moved the welcome sign off of the table to put something there and it was wet underneath. The walls were paper thin and the airplanes woke me up at least 7 times. There were spiders on the window. There was a huge crack under the door and so much light came in. I don’t understand how this place passed any type of inspection. There were gaps, holes, and cracks in the walls. I know it’s cheap but I learned my lesson and I’ll gladly pay $20-50 more next time and stay somewhere else."

"The hotel was not what I expected from Marriott branded hotel. It was tired. Better than your motel quality but left some room. The gentleman at the front desk was underwhelming, I asked some questions about the area but language barrier caused challenges, while ok, I don’t mind working to communicate with others he seemed more interested to get back to the stuff on his phone. The elevators were underwhelming and just needed some TLC that is the first impression on the way to the room. I had to fiddle with the front door to get it to close right each time in and out. The room was clean enough but just felt a little rushed to get together in design and cleaning. Again, ok property and traveling 1 night for buisness it was fine, I slept and walked to food around. Also just don’t walk around too late. It’s rough out there. "

"For a Best Western hotel, this was average. The hotel was a little difficult to find because it was at the back of a small strip mall. My first impression was not that great because, as I drove onto the property, there was a homeless camp on the other side of the chain-link fence, which made me worry about security in the area. I was in the area on a business trip, so my expectations were not that high: just a very clean room, a clean bed, and a decent breakfast. I think I got that. The hotel was fairly clean, not great, but fairly clean. The breakfast, by way of a continental breakfast, was actually excellent. The hotel had a very impressive coffee machine that roasted cappuccino, espresso, and regular coffee, which was quite enjoyable. Not only that but they had warm breakfast items and a great selection so that was great. Overall, I would probably stay here again if I were on business. If I had family and friends, I probably wouldn't, because the area wasn't that great for nearby good restaurants. Other than that, the staff was very friendly, and the place was fairly clean. The bed was not that comfortable, and the television didn't work because it didn't get a good signal, but other than that, I was not displeased. "

"The only one that was helpful was the bell man. No one would text us when our room was ready, the bar didn’t open until 3pm and it closed at 10pm. We were there for the game. You guys lost out on revenue. The food did come out quickly so great job to the Chief and team in th kitchen "
