「The hotel is self served to check in and check out. Communication with host was good and effective. It is in a central safe location with lots of shops and restaurants. Room is modern with sufficient amenities. Extra bonus is the luggage storage for guests to use.」

「事前に、元日にウマワカ渓谷のツアーをやっているか問い合わせて毎日催行していると回答がきたのに、チェックイン時に再度尋ねたら、元日はやっていないと言われ、間違った説明を受けた。また、その回答に再度問い合わせをしても返答はなく無視された。 結局ウマワカ渓谷へはタクシーで行ったが、値段の交渉はしてくれた。また、チェックアウト後早朝のフライトで朝食の時間に間に合わないと伝えたら、レストランのおじさんが出発の時刻に合わせて早めにレストランを開けてくれた。」
