"Parking was easy. That’s where it ends. Cleanliness is very important to me, and this place lacks that for sure. Dog hair throughout my room, bathroom not the cleanest. I honestly can elaborate more, and this property lacked that, so I’ll leave it there. "

"I prepaid for a room. Room wasn’t ready at check-in. We were told the lot was full and we had to figure something else out. Have a parking spot during a busy concert weekend is one of the reasons we picked to stay there. After the concert, waited 1.5 hours to get out of the garage we finally found a spot in. Went back to the hotel and was told they don’t have a room for us (supposedly because of a pipe issue, but more likely they overbooked). They offered us a room at another hotel that was 35 minutes away. At that point, we decided to just drive home (2.5 hours away). If this is the kind of customer service $415 a night buys, I think I’ll pass. I won’t be staying at a Graduate again. "

"It was very comfortable and pleasant. Our fur baby was with us and he seemed to have a comfortable and restful stay, as well. In the morning, we enjoyed walking around the area near the hotel. Breakfast area was clean, and the food was well-prepared. "

"This historic home is charming, comfortable, well- equipped, and in the perfect location. Being on the ground floor, there was some noise from the upstairs neighbors however the owners were super responsive and intend to mitigate with sound machines. Very impressed with their communication and desire to accommodate. "
