"Super clean and well maintained property.
Friendly staff. Mini zoo is a nice touch. Great wievs, green lanscape, rose gardens, beautiful nature around.
Amazing food from the restaurant menu.
If you travel with people with disabilities, one thing to consider that there are no elevators there. Otherwise, great experience overall.

"Grumpy receptionist. 30 minutes check in after waiting in line. Stuff doing bare minimum. Dirty tables outside. Untidy pillows. "

"We loved our stay, but the beds were not so comfortable, quite hard, I had to exchange my pillow too as on first night couldn’t sleep on it, but it was not a problem for the staff and got one straight away. We didn’t have a kettle in our room, but when asked for one, it was delivered. Rooms have no fridge. Had to wait long time for hot water in a shower, if you require a room to be cleaned, you have to tell the staff in the morning. Some bathrooms didn’t have any shelves at all to put your toiletries, but you could see they were recently renovated, clean and spacious. I was surprised there was nowhere to walk from the hotel. It was hard to cross the road with a pushchair as it was with no footpath and on a bend with a reduced visibility. There was a nice shop across the road. Central location for Bieszczady. Hotels SPA was great. Food at breakfast was delicious, very good choice. We’ve had a very good meal at their restaurant too. Staff nice and friendly."
