First few nights, repeated songs within a few sets. One night, the DJ couldn’t even play properly without stopping the music, couldn’t mix and it sounded horrible. People had to sing because the DJ couldn’t figure it out. When going up to make a request, he gestured for cash - provided a tip and STILL didn’t even play it. "

What threw me off was the check-in experience - they couldn't speak english and then the silly idea of selling preferred was just off putting, and then the fact that waiters don't speak english - when over 75% of your clientele is english speaking you ought to speak the language."
