"Our stay at the Ocean El Faro Resort in Punta Cana was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. The grounds were stunning, and everything was well-maintained.The staff truly made our experience even better. Everyone we encountered was respectful, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. A special thank you to our concierge, Jose Jimenez, who went above and beyond from our second night onward. He helped us every evening with restaurant reservations and was always available to answer any questions or assist with the daily activities at the resort. His service was exceptional and greatly appreciated.
My family and I genuinely enjoyed every moment. In fact, my kids even asked if we could extend our stay — that says it all! This resort is a fantastic choice for families with both younger and older children. There’s entertainment every night, and if that’s not your thing, there are games and activities spread throughout the resort to keep everyone engaged.
Overall, this was a memorable vacation, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!"
"We loved the atmosphere, the attentiveness of the staff and the amenities. Customer was excellent especially Hector and Ramon the bartenders. We didn’t like the beach it had way too much seaweed but the pools were beautiful enough that we didn’t miss the beach too much."
