"Worst hotel experience ever. Cut my leg on something sharp protruding from the bed frame. Called the front desk, complete lack of concern not even an apology. Went to my free breakfast the next morning woman looks on a sheet and says I don't get the free breakfast. Have to go back upstairs and find my trip package to prove that I do indeed get the free breakfast. All hours of the night there were lots of very noisy people in the hallway. Terrible experience"

"The room was nice The casino was not lively, actually thecone across the street was much nicer. I had a great experience at the cafe on Thursday night. But Friday night was a whole different experience. The employee on Friday night made ya feel like you were a pain in her . Had she been there on Thursday night i would have not made a second trip. "

"The property is way different from the photos on line. Room very small. Shower didn't have pressure. Shower wasn't clean at all. It was ok for the price but I will not be staying there anytime soon"

"This was the worse hotel I almost stayed at . I did not stay there and got a room at a different hotel. The building is run down and looks like a crack hotel. The pool had trash floating in it , where u check in is a little window and very run down , the room smelled like smoke and the crack in the door you could see outside . I could hear another tv that sounded like it was in the room with me . I would not let my dog stay in this hotel and now I have to fight to get my money back "

"Gorgeous property. Our room was beautifully appointed, and the bathroom was simply stunning. Loved all the marble, the walk in shower and the deep, stand alone tub. The breakfast was wonderful too -- and completely unexpected. Such luscious fresh fruit and a wide selection of other dainties! We will definitely be back! "
