「This property was nice for a mini family reunion of 3 siblings gathering for a visit after a wedding nearby. It had most everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Though we did not use them, there were kayaks and a canoe to go explore the lake. It was close to town as well. The deck was perfect for our lobster dinner and accommodated our group well!」

「We were so pleased with the condo. Our family and dog were comfortable and content with the lodging and pool/grounds. There was a snafu with one of the air conditioners and Megan was wonderful with communication and problem solving. We loved our time in the mountains and at the pool! This place has it all.」

「The place was very cute, well decorated, the kitchen had way more supplies stored under the sink than what was in the pictures, and the temperature/air flow was easy to adjust. We had a wonderful time using the fire pit outside, making s'mores, having a visit from the host's very friendly cat haha, and using the bathtub inside. 「Property is perfectly setup for a group outing both inside and out. There is privacy for all with bedrooms and bathrooms and multi-floor setup. All the amenities you can hope for when on vacation to have some fun - fire pit, hot tub, comfy and large deck space, indoor game room. The lower level kitchen was a bonus and very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!」

「We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend!...
