The 17 luxury villas are situated in a separate area of the holiday park and are built in traditional Wieringer style. They are very comfortable and have modern interiors with all necessary appliances. The lay-out and furnishing can differ, the photos shown are an indication only. All villas have a garden with a terrace.

La villa était assez spacieuse et bien équipée, ce qui la rendait parfaite pour notre groupe d'amis, La cuisine avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour préparer des repas, et avoir un lave-linge était un énorme plus, L'emplacement était également très pratique pour visiter les attractions à proximité

Jag älskade den traditionella Wieringer-stilen på villan - det kändes verkligen som ett hem borta från hemmet, Terrassen var en härlig plats för morgonkaffe, och den närliggande stranden låg bara en kort bilfärd bort, Skulle definitivt återvända!

Eine ruhige abgeschiedene Lage mit freundlichem Personal in der Nähe des Strandes und der Wandergebiete. Das Haus ist in Ordnung mit viel Geschirr und Besteck. Leider war eines der fünf Erwachsenenbetten bei der Ankunft kaputt, was aber nach Meldung sofort repariert wurde. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Badezimmer "en suite", aber leider ohne Tür. Für den Rest der Gruppe ist es auch ärgerlich, dass sie das Bad und die Toilette im Erdgeschoss benutzen müssen, aber es ist schön, dass die Möglichkeit besteht, anstatt das Bad "en suite" benutzen zu müssen.

Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr geräumig, der Garten ausreichend groß und man hat trotz naher Nachbarn seine Ruhe. Allerdings ist die Einrichtung des Hauses nicht optimal. Es fehlt ein vernünftiger Kleiderschrank oder Kommoden für die Kleidung. Ein Minischrank im Kinderzimmer, eine rollbare Kleiderstange und zwei kleine Schubldadennachtschränke sind für 6 Personen (so viele Betten hat das Haus - zuzüglich Kinderreisebett) bei weitem nicht ausreichend. Auch könnte die Küchenausstattung überarbeitet werden. Es gibt ca. 25 Glasteetassen, aber nur ein Weinglas. Ähnlich sah es bei den Tellern aus. Genügend Essteller, aber lediglich 1 Suppenteller und 4 Terrinen sind für die mögliche Personenzahl zu wenig. Es wird ein wenig der Eindruck erweckt, dass kein richtiges "Küchenkonzept" vorliegt. Als wir ankamen waren bereits in diversen Räumen Spinnwegen in Ecken und Fusseln wie auch Verschmutzung auf den Fliesen, was den Eindruck des Hauses leider schmälert.

Die Ankunft war sehr freundlich, leider waren die Betten sehr kurz in den Kinderzimmer und sehr weich,in Dusche und Betten fanden wir Haare,bei der Dusche im Erdgeschoss funktioniert der Temperaturregler nicht. Die Umgebung war in Okay,ländlich. Die Mücken haben uns den Schlaf geraubt!!!

Es war eine sehr freundliche Begrüßung wo wir angekommen sind.Es ist ein tolles Haus mit exklusiver Ausstattung.Es fehlte lediglich an Möglichkeiten seine Kleidung wegzuräumen, sodass der Koffer nicht komplett auszupacken war.Die Sauberkeit für ein Luxushaus war nicht gegeben.Es war trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub.

Betten miserabel, Pfannen nicht mehr zu gebrauchen, Töpfe nicht für Gasherd geeignet, beim ersten Mal die Hände ordentlich verbrannt, Backofen nicht benutzbar, da keine erklärbare Beschreibung vorhanden. Wir mussten die Bettdecken - zum Glück Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden- auf Grund total versifft waschen und trocknen. Sauberkeit für ein Luxushaus nicht gegeben. Rezeption nicht besonders freundlich. Wir würden hier nicht mehr herkommen und sind sichtlich für den Preis sehr enttäuscht. Dazu kommt, dass das Wattenmeer an dieser Stelle nicht so sehr an Wattlaufen reizt. Es handelt sich wohl um Privateigentümer, diese haben es schön gemütlich eingerichtet.

Wij hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad in deze fijne villa die op een rustig, kleinschalig park tegen de duinen aan ligt. Prima wandelmogelijkheden en gezien de tijd van het jaar - voorjaarsvakantie - was het er heel stil. Wij vonden het heerlijk maar je moet het je wel realiseren. Ook het dorpje Hippolytushoef is erg stil. Wel zijn er voldoende faciliteiten zoals een bakker voor de warme broodjes voor het ontbijt en 2 supermarkten.
