"Really quiet peaceful area with lots of lovely restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance. A beach with pebbles is a 7 min walk. For a sand beach it’s a 20minute walk or a short car ride. No local beaches near by have sun loungers to hire but the accommodation has beach chairs and we left umbrellas in the cupboard on the roof terrace. The beaches are all very beautiful and not too busy-very natural and peaceful . We hired a car from Denia and the house has a very convenient covered car port with gate. Taxis seemed to find it hard to find the address. It would have been useful if there had been an instruction manual or guide to the local area with where things are and how to use them also it would have been better if there had been fans in thkitchen and outside area as it remained very hot outside in the lovely outdoor dining area. The pool and sun loungers are nice and clean. The pool is maintained a pool guy came twice a week. We had an issue with the door which needed repairing and after communicating it to the host via the app it was repaired within 24hours. As an English only speaker it was tricky as the contacts and people on site do not speak English but they were helpful and friendly and goggle translate helped! Inside the house, the beds were extremely comfortable with very goods mattresses, bathrooms were spacious The kitchen is really well stocked with utensils pot pans, crockery and cutlery. Overall we had a great stay-thank you for having us!"

"The villa is big and was very clean on arrival, perfect for large families/groups. The local host Natascha was friendly and helpful. Dénia is a pretty town with a fantastic beach and plenty of supermarkets but a car is definitely recommended. We did use uber and that was fine although prices varied from 12 to 50 per trip to town depending on the time of day! While the villa is lovely & very well equipped, it is a bit tired looking so wouldn’t describe it as luxury….bedding and towels were mis-matched and a bit worn. We also had an issue with the pool while we were there, Natascha was helpful in getting it sorted but it meant we couldn’t use it for a day & a half which was very disappointing, particularly for the young children who had been loving it! I hadn’t realised when booking that electric was extra, we paid 170 for the week. Also worth noting that the bins are a fair way…needed a car just to take the rubbish out.Overall we had a great stay, loved the size & space that allowed privacy despite being a large group, and the tennis court was a fab addition."

"Inma la persona que nos recibió, fue encantadora y nos ayudó en todo momento, ya que la televisión no funcionaba y no era smart TV y nos trajeron otra a los dos días, nos hizo saber donde estaban las basuras y cualquier duda que teníamos nos las respondía enseguida.Las fotos no le hacen justicia a la casa, en persona es mucho más bonita que en las fotos, la zona de la piscina tiene de todo y es genial, tienes aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. La casa tiene parking pero no podíamos entrar pero en la calle de entrada al parking pudimos dejar los dos coches sin problema.Hay una tienda en la urbanización, una farmacia y un restaurante todo en la misma zona pero desde la casa hay 40 minutos andando. La zona es súper tranquila no se escucha absolutamente nada, no le falta detalle a la casa y seguro que repetiremos."
