「There was adequate space for the 4 of us. The TV was massive, and the hot tub was a cool amenity. The kitchen was large and had anything you would need to accommodate. For the most part, this vrbo served our purposes of needing a place to stay near our true destination and offered enough amenities. A couple things to note, however, that could be improved.The check-in process was weird. Close to shopping n groceries , quiet, easy to find I would recommend to anyone to stay there.We visited so friends in West Va n showed it to several friends and they thought it was adorable. 「We found this apartment at the last minute of our New River Gorge National Park trip planning. It turned out a hidden gem to us. The apartment is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood of Oak Hill, a perfect home base to visit New River Gorge and other state parks in the area. The apartment itself is cozy, charming, well lighted and spotless clean. We feel so comfortable and relaxed as at home. all appliances are well kept and properly functioned. Towels and bed sheets are soft, nice and available...

「Location was great and close to nearby State Parks and attractions. Very clean and nice amenities. Even for short stay host provided bottle of wine and small gifts for our stay. We had a comfortable quiet stay away from the kids. Would rent here again if we return to the area. Priced well compared to hotel and much more space. Host was helpful on the holiday to clarify location and parking instructions. We had a lovely holiday getaway. 」

「Booked through VRBO - paid in full with instant confirmation. No instructions were sent by the owner, or response to my original message when I made the reservation. After two more unanswered messages to the homeowner I reached out to VRBO customer service. They were also unable to get in touch with the host (no answer and voicemail was full). Check in was supposed to be 3 pm. At close to 6pm we were told VRBO could help us with other accommodations or we could find our own. Customer service...
