「The hotel was in a good location and the room was clean. The main concern we had was the absence of communication. There are no staff at the hotel and communication is via a phone. There is a screen to checkin. The issue for us was you needed your booking reference number which eventually found had been sent months earlier and was in junk mail. We were not alone with groups of people struggling with checkin whilst we stood in a queue. It would have been better if an email had been sent 24 hours...

「Pros: The highlight of the place is definitely the balcony/location. It is just a place to stay and linger admiring the view. Either during the day or even at night with a blanket. The nearby lake and mountains are great for hiking and relaxing. We even hiked all the way to the Italian border! That being said the house is also completely renovated so it is definitely great as well. Everything is according to the pictures.」
