"Pros: The location was perfect. Close to all the sightseeing, but away from the crowds. In walking distance to restaurants, bakery and butcher. The house stayed cool, although it was very hot outside. Parking in a garage was available, which was so wonderful as the car was not turning sizzling hot. Big bathroom, well equipped kitchen, we loved it. Cons: Everything was fine. The railroad is close to the property, but it did not bother us."

The only hitch we had was our GPS took us up the road where construction had closed it. We didnt know there was an easy access road that wasn't showing on our map. "A wonderfull and efficiënt check-in. We were allowed to have an early check-in as the room was cleaned allready. A small, 9-appartement chalet, great location in front of ski-bus. No ski-out but somewhat a ski-in. Lifts are 3 stops. The rooms are clean and cosy, though not that big. The building is somehow noisy as the upper floor neighbours could be heard walking. Breakfast 4*. Valentina 5*"

"The hotel is in a great location and has good amenities. The staff struggled to take our order from our room to the restaurant so we had to go downstairs ourselves and do it as they kept saying we don’t have this (when all we wanted was to order the crème brûlée dessert). The restaurant staff were very helpful when we went and ordered ourselves and kindly delivered it our room. The people working at the reception should have awareness of hotel facilities. The breakfast menu is good with lots of variety and the room itself was quite big and spacious."

"Nice hotel, good mattress, good service, but maybe not in style. The bathroom does not have a door when taking a shower. The cold in the bedroom came in. The temperature of the water is uneven, then it will be hot and cold. The front sink is not balanced with the front mirror. The lights at the bottom of the basin are not bright enough. There should be enough bottled water. Thai people do not drink tap water."

"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
