"It was great. Nice and clean and as described. Didn’t know where to park and the key to get in was very hard to get first door open. Didn’t know if room was first floor or way up top."

"Positives: The apartment was easy to book, in a convenient location. It had comfortable beds, comfortable sitting and dining areas and a suitable kitchen. We were able to collect our key late at night. Negatives: The heating did not work so we were always cold, the hot water ran out on the only full day of our visit, so we could not shower. "Cleanliness can be improved and beds are very soft. We didn’t like it. Every room has a lock and one was locked upon arrival. We had to request the code to open the door. We asked to check out later. Only 2hrs later possible. We booked 2 apartments and asked for a late check out for only o e apartment. They charged us for both. On top of it the cleaning lady entered the apartment to clean at 9h15 while we were still in it!! She didn’t care and cleaned anyway. Very uncomfortable and awkward. A...
