The host was friendly and helpful.

Very special and calming experience. Don’t miss the authentic Japanese breakfast experience

The service was extremely good and the staff were very nice. I would recommend this place to anybody.

The best experience hands down. The staff was very accommodating and understanding of Foreigners and were willing to go out of their way to assist. A special thank you to Yamada for a fantastic experience!

Really beautiful property on Awaji Island. Very charming and quaint, clean and peaceful. I think anyone can feel comfortable staying there.

Tatsuno is a charming, former samurai town that is easily explored on foot. We were in the area to visit the Hijemi Castle, and were very happy to be in Tatsuno, away from the bustle of tourists. The machiya is large, beautiful, elegant, and very comfortable...we could spread out and relax. We loved our short stay in the refurbished traditional home. As designers, we appreciated the architecture and tasteful decor. The traditional bathroom, with soaking tub, had lovely amenities. The garden is a...

Stayed only one night. Everything is great.

Only great things to say about this hotel . Rooms are sufficiently spacious and clean with good WiFi connection . The morning breakfast has very good spread and the view ( especially if the breakfast is set in the 14th floor ) is excellent with view of the Himeji castle. Here too there is free coffee until 22:00 hrs at the reception area . The staff are very friendly and polite. This hotel has many elevators and hence there is no wait time at all . The hotel itself has a direct connection to the...

Everything about our short stay was lovely. The town was very quiet while we were there - our stay was primarily to visit the castle ruins (which we recommend!). Very charming town. The inn was very relaxing and we enjoyed the on-site onsen, and the excellent Japanese breakfast. The room was WONDERFUL. We loved the traditional architecture-with modern amenities-and the room was clean and had very comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was modern and the complimentary drinks in the mini-bar area...

This hotel is excellent. Friendly service, they're attentive to your needs at all times. Amazing breakfast. I'm an experienced traveler and Marriott or Hyatt hotels could only dream of the attention and service this hotel provides.

The most amazing experience.

스테프 친절하시고 온천도 너무 좋고, 방도 생각보다 넓고 쾌적했어여

Supreme Japanese hospitality. The amiable staff enjoyed every minute of my stay. It is a beautiful site to explore the area with fantastic nature and architecture around the hotel. Highly recommended.

New hotel right on the bay in northern Awaji. Rooms are wonderful - spacious with great shower & beds. Our room had a spectacular view! The lobby is very nice and welcoming. The staff speak reasonable English for those who do not speak Japanese. The beach at the hotel is nice and not crowded. The sand is pretty good but it gets a little rocky right at the edge in the water (not an issue at all). They do have some food items for sale but do not provide any food besides a miso soup packet (which...
