Wonderfully Updated Three Bedroom Villa in Hickory Cove!

You're going to be glad you rented this fantastic three bedroom villa located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort.

This Hickory Cove villa has a newly-designed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and comes fully-equipped with everything you need to cook a meal at home. The adjacent dining area seats six guests. The living area is nicely furnished with beach-contemporary furniture, sleeper sofa and has a SMART TV. There is a bonus full bathroom located in the living room that is fully updated with a beautiful tiled walk-in shower.

Completing the first floor is a large guest bedroom containing two full size beds with its own en-suite guest bathroom. This guest bathroom features a tiled tub and shower combination. Upstairs you'll find the remaining two bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary bedroom is located here with its king bed, SMART TV and en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom looks fantastic with its custom-tiled walk-in shower. The remaining bedroom is the second guest bedroom which contains a queen bed, SMART TV and of course its own en-suite guest bathroom as well. This guest bathroom has a tiled tub and shower combination.

Outside on your huge private deck is an outdoor dining table, various seating options and a propane grill for guest use. Hickory Cove is around a ten to fifteen minute walk to the beach. The beach can also be accessed by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, a free on-call shuttle service that operates seasonally within Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort!

Mid-November 2025 to Mid-March 2026 (Dates are subject to change)
This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and beautiful beach for everyone to enjoy, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem.

The pool complex is open April 1st - September 30th and hours. The dates are subject to change.

No pets are allowed at this property.

Close to the beach, nice pool. We love staying in the Palmetto Dunes area. Parking was great, rooms were very nice, everything was clean.

Family reunion

The house was roomy with a bathroom for each bedroom. Easy walk to a beautiful beach. We had a few maintenance issues, which were fixed quickly. The house was clean. Our only issues were a musty smell and a blender that was not cleaned out by previous guests.

Great location and amenities

The location of this property was perfect for our quick getaway. It was a short walk to the beach, General Store, tennis and pickleball courts. I definitely recommend it! We had toiletry boxes in each of the bathrooms and a kitchen sponge and necessities to get us started as well as after sun care which were a welcome surprise. My only small critique is that housekeepers should occasionally move the furniture. I dropped a hair tie and wish I hadn’t had the opportunity to peek under the sofa. Otherwise, everything else was very tidy! We would definitely sty here again.
