Welcome to our `Chapter 2` In our beautiful, 2 bed and 2 full bath condo which will sleep up to 6 adults plus children. You will feel right at home with all the amenities you are looking for.
Our gated community resort offer a great family vacation spot with activities for all ages. Volleyball, tennis, golfing, in and outdoor swimming, beaching, biking and more. Kids will love the play set on the property as well!
Our condo has been fully remodeled from ceiling to floor! New appliances, furniture, couch with pull out mattress, queen bed in master bedroom, 2 sets of twin bunk beds in second bedroom, well equipped kitchen, new bathrooms vanities, new flooring throughout condo, fresh paint, 55` 4K smart TV in the living room, a 43` 4K smart TV in master bedroom, and lightning speed internet. There are 2 pools on the property, one indoor and one outdoor which happens to be our view! There is a restaurant/bar located at the outdoor pool to quench your thirst! The private boardwalk will lead you to the beach and another delicious restaurant (Coco`s) to grab yourself a snack before entering the beach! Or sit on the front porch balcony and enjoy the view of the beautiful pool and sunshine. (beach chairs and umbrella is provided)
Enjoy nearby casual/fine dining as well as championship golf courses, shopping, mini golf, local events, exploring others cities such as Savannah, Old Town Bluffton, Daufuskie Island, and other fun activities! Our unit is steps away from the laundry facilities on floor 2.

*No smoking in condo, however there are designated smoking areas.
*The resort does NOT allow pets.
*No events, parties or large gatherings
*Must be at least 25 years old to book
*Guest are required to sign Rental Agreement
*Security Deposit Hold of $250 will be collected prior to guest arrival
*Breaking house rules will result in a $250 fine per occurrence
