108 Windsor Place - Quiet Private Spacious Upscale Direct Oceanfront Condo

Beach renourishment for Palmetto Dunes is scheduled to be December 15, 2025 - March 15, 2026. Active work is 200 to 300 feet per day. 1000 feet sections will be closed temporarily with pedestrian access. Beach will be open in front of and behind the work area. They will work in front of our building one or two days at most. No guarantee when those two dates will be.

2006 and 2016 renourishments were easy. No problems. We went to the beach everyday! Please look at the picture of a former renourishment project and see all the people on the beach!

We are excited to be the new owners of 108 Windsor Place in Palmetto Dunes! We have twenty years of successful renting experience in Hilton Head with six different properties. While the condo was nicely appointed and updated, we added features such as full length mirrors and charging stations in every bedroom with makeup mirrors and clocks in every bathroom. We are providing new pillows, blankets, and mattress covers.

There is a twelve cup Mr. Coffee and a Keurig coffee machines. Filters are provided for the Mr. Coffee. We provide a coffee grinder.

Being particular about the kitchen equipment we have purchased new kitchen Viking stainless steel cookware, new porcelain dishes for twelve, new Oneida stainless steel flatware for twelve, new tall and short beverage glasses for twelve, new wine glasses for twelve, new martini glasses for eight, and new champagne glasses for four. In the kitchen we are adding a tea kettle, stainless steel spatulas, and Henckels knives with wooden knife block.

There is a storage locker in the parking garage filled with beach chairs, beach umbrella, shovel, toys, and wagon. Lock code given to guests. Six beach towels are available in the laundry room for guests to use. If used, guests must wash and dry beach towels prior to departure. Please leave all beach towels for the next guests.

Located oceanfront in Palmetto Dunes Resort, this luxury condo boasts three bedrooms including two king beds, two twin beds, and one queen bed. With amenities like AC, four televisions, free WiFi, brand new washer and dryer, guests can relax and unwind in style. Brand new 65" smart television in living area and brand new 25" smart television in the kitchen.

The condo is on an elevated first floor with the parking garage below which makes the view a second story view. There are stairs or an elevator to the first floor.

Windsor Place has two pools which are heated mid-March until the end of April and mid-October until the end of November. One pool is for adults and one pool with a splash mushroom is for children. There is a hot tub open year round. A covered dining area has grills for guests to use.

** Check-in after 4:00 pm on arrival day. Check-out before 10:00 am on departure day. Times cannot be changed. **

** We provide a QR code for one paid for parking pass. We provide a second QR code for the one or two additional parking passes that may be purchased by the renter at the Pass Office, 16 Queens Folly Road. The Pass Office Drive Thru is open Monday - Sunday, 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. **
