MASTER BEDROOM The main bedroom features a plush king bed, flat screen TV, a ceiling fan, access to the balcony and a private bathroom. The en-suite has a large vanity area, walk-in shower and separate garden tub.
GUEST BEDROOM The guest bedroom features 2 full size beds, a flat screen TV, a ceiling fan and a private bathroom with a large vanity and a tub/shower combination.
BALCONY The covered balcony features a dining table for 4 (ability to expand for 6 seats) as well as an electric grill for BBQing.

PLEASE NOTE: Our condo is in a vibrant and bustling part of the city, perfect for those looking to be in the heart of the action. Please note, that due to the central location, guests may experience higher noise levels, especially during peak seasons, hours and events. This includes traffic sounds, nearby businesses and lively street activity. To ensure a more restful stay, we’ve provided sound machines in each bedroom to help mask the outside noise and enhance comfort. If you are seeking a quiet retreat, this property may not be ideal, but for those wanting convenience and energy, it’s the perfect spot.

Other things to note • Beach towels provided. • This villa has parking for two vehicles in the gated garage on the ground floor. Host will provide parking passes for two vehicles. Please park in designated parking areas only. • The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM & 7:00 AM. • The property does not allow pets. • The pool and spa are seasonal and open in April and close in October. • Guests may use the North oceanfront pool at the Sea Crest Complex which is located directly across the street. Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. • Please note, the host may require additional signed Terms and Conditions outside the platform and will need a valid email address to send guests this information. • Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4.5 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
