2 bedroom/3 bathroom townhouse style villa in Palmetto Dunes with lagoon view
- Fantastic location with the best of both worlds! Beach villa overlooking the 18th fairway and green of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. Just a quick five minute walk or two minute bike ride to the beach. This villa is just a short walk to the Hickory Cove community pool, Palmetto Dunes Tennis Resort, Robert Trent Jones Golf Course Clubhouse, and the General Store.
This villa comes complete with everything to make your vacation enjoyable with the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to make delicious meals. The living room and master bedroom are both located on the first floor. The living room has sliding doors that lead to a large open deck which overlooks the 18th fairway and green. On the deck there is a table, chairs and gas grill for outside dining. There is also a separate three quarter bathroom off the living room.
The first floor master bedroom includes a queen bed, TV and full private bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has two double beds, TV, full private bath, and a balcony overlooking the golf course. The upstairs loft includes a sofa bed. Up to 6 people can sleep comfortably in this villa.
Hilton Head Island is famous for its beautiful beaches and warm ocean water. However, while at Palmetto Dunes, there is plenty more to enjoy. The community itself has three championship golf courses as well as 25 championship clay tennis courts of which many are lighted for night play. This villa is in easy walking distance of the Tennis courts and the Robert Trent Jones club house. Also, it is near the general store, Alexander’s restaurant, and Palmetto Dunes Outfitters.
Palmetto Dunes includes miles of resort biking trails and extensive HHI bike trails, 11 miles of lagoons for rowing and kayaking and many island restaurants. Shelter Cove Harbour is one mile away and includes shops, restaurants and fireworks in the summer.
