Step out the front door to a community private pool (one of two on the property) and a short walk to the private entrance to the beach. Just a few blocks to the new Low Country Celebration Park where there is a large pirate ship for the kids and concerts for all; equally close is Coligny Circle with bars and restaurants galore, so no need to call an uber. Most importantly only a five-minute walk on the beach to the Tiki Hut and Pool Bar Jim’s for beach drinks.



This is a gated secure community with parking below the unit. Open floor plan with a king and a comfortable pull out sofa to allow for 4 guests. Private bath with shower and an additional vanity sink in the bedroom; great for getting ready, leaving the bathroom open. Free wifi, cable, and two TVs with remotes. This unit is set up nicely for working, relaxing, and playing.
