Welcome to Surf Court 31! Come stay in the perfect location on the island. Conveniently located directly across from South Forest Beach with our private beach walkway. Our beach access is less than a 6 min walk from our front door to the sand in your toes.
Our Town home offers 3 bedroom and sleeps 8 (6 adults). When entering the front door you have a welcoming entryway that takes you into the newly remodeled kitchen with beautiful new appliances and vast granite counters. There is also a stunning Kohler sink with a pull down faucet and spray options. The kitchen island also seats 3 for a perfect entertaining!
From the kitchen you will find a dining room table that seats 6.
The living room area has, fittingly, 1 oversized sofa and 2 cozy living room chairs to watch your oversized smart tv or enjoy time with the fam. This area also has a flat screen television with cable and wifi included. From the living room you can also enjoy the views to the patio with seating and Weber charcoal grill for you to enjoy.
Sitting on the patio you will enjoy the sounds of the ocean at night and the dark skies filled with more stars than you've probably looked at in a while. The Cardinals visit every morning to say hello and in the afternoon you'll listen to kids playing in our pool.
The second floor has a full bath located directly between 2 large bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, closet, large dresser, 2 side tables, and a flat screen television. This bedroom overlooks the lush garden and courtyard area. You can also see look down to see the crystal clear pool and our patio area.
Bedroom 2 is a kids room with 1 set of twin bunk beds for the kiddos to sleep and also has 2 small twin beds in room sleeping 4 total. This room overlooks the bike and walking trail.
Heading up to 3rd floor you'll find a large bedroom suite. This bedroom has a King bed. Off the bedroom area you'll find an oversize his an oversize her's closet for your convenience. You will also find a full bath with beautiful new tile flooring and new counter and sink. This room overlooks the Courtyard and pool area as well. Stay up here and have a birds eye view of the lush area and fun pool.

Things to do:
The very popular Coligny plaza is a small walk down the walking/ biking path that is located in front of Surf Court. Rent bikes 1/2 a block away and take around town and visit your favorite shops and restaurants.
Coligny Plaza contains a variety of shops, restaurants and nightly live music. There are many activities for kiddo's including ice cream shops and a play area.
There are 2 grocery stores within 1/2 mile of Surf Court 31 for your convenience as well. (Piggly Wiggly and BiLo)
Hilton Head Island is home to more than 24 championship courses. 3 of which you will find in Sea Pines. This is just a short 5 min drive from Surf Court! In here you will find...

One of our favorite parts about this area is the beach and convenience of the shops, food and fun. Take a short walk down the beach to have a cocktail at the Tiki hut located just outside the Beach House. Here your'll find great food (awesome fish taco's) and tasty cold beverages. You can also use the beach volleyball areas or join in a game with one of the local beach bums playing year round.
There are tennis courts on almost every block and bike trails that run the course of the island. Rent a golf cart for the week from 'WHEELS' and take it around the area in style.
The Marriott is down the beach as well and has a beautiful beach/pool side bar with cold cocktails and a friendly bartender named Kenny!
The island has endless possiblities of activities and family fun.
*NO PETS ($150 fine per day of booked stay will be applied to your pricing. You will also be asked to leave immediately if pet is found on premises)

Other things to note
*There is a Weber coal grill for guests to use on back patio. You MUST clean out all remaining coals and food remains from grill before departure. You will be fined $150+ per day, that you have stayed, if it is left for the next guest to come home to dirty and not cleaned out efficiently.
*ABSOLUTELY NO GOLF CARTS, NO BOATS, NO BOAT TRAILERS, NO CAMPERS, NO MOTORCYCLES, ALLOWED ON SURF COURT PROPERTY. Cars, SUV's and Trucks allowed. If you have ANY questions, don't hesitate to reach out! Better to be safe than sorry. You will be towed and fined and towed at your expense if the association rules are not followed. We don't want to do it, but our association does. They are watching.
*YELLOW PARKING PASS must be present and visible in your car dashboard. There is ONE designated parking spot in front of our front door marked 31
