気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Our luxury king suite was anything but luxurious. Bugs, shower and mini fridge broken. If you stay in south building on ground level you are in the parking lot. Requested to be moved from that area 4X and until escalated to management was told they would “try” two days later we were able to move to the other side to a room that was CLEAN with a working shower and fridge and away from the parking lot with our small children. They only refunded one of the two nights. The pool had spilled food and drink under all the chairs for the entire time we were there. Someone came around the pool to take orders maybe once every 90 minutes. The breakfast buffet was cold. The list goes Way on. We have stayed here over 8X and we will not be returning.
