Let's start with the positives, this place was a hop skip and a jump down to the beach and very close walking distance to the Coligny shopping plaza. This VRBO was a perfect size for my husband and I. It was clean and cozy. For only being 500 sq ft, it had a lot of storage for your belongings. Another perk was the 2 bikes that were included in our stay. Other than the first night when we messaged Lori about the TV not working, she communicated very quickly to the questions I had within minutes. Room for improvements include the following: when arriving later to the VRBO and unpacking, I noticed that shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap were not provided, expect a tiny bar soap. So we had to run to the Publix to purchase these item. I just assumed that from staying at other VRBOs that these basic needs would be met. A coffee pot was provided, but no filters or coffee was available, so we also had to grab that from Walmart. I just assumed that if you have a coffee pot the stuff to make the coffee would also be provided as well as basic kitchen items like salt and pepper. The toilet paper was super thin and cheap. The first night the TV was not working, so my husband had to do a factory reset on the TV to get to to work, someone that was not as technically inclined would not have had a working TV. Lori was thankful that he did that and got it working. When I did use the hairdryer, it was blowing cold air, I message Lori and she was able to provide a working one.
