Luxury Sea Pines Home, Pool, Hot Tub, Arcade

Our beautifully updated Sea Pines retreat is thoughtfully designed for relaxing coastal getaways with family and friends. The home comfortably sleeps up to nine guests, featuring a unique bunk room with three twin beds and a queen bed.

Enjoy your own private backyard oasis with a fenced pool and a luxurious 75-jet hot tub with lounge seating. Inside, you’ll find stylish furnishings, comfortable gathering spaces, and fun for all ages with a commercial-quality arcade featuring over 3,500 games.

The beach is easily accessible via the bike path right beside the home — just an 8-minute walk or a quick 4-minute bike ride to the sand.

Rental fee does not include gate passes for Sea Pines. (Sea Pines has made it quite complicated for us to purchase them for you.) You can purchase a week long pass as you enter at the gate. The current rate is $30 per week per car.
In colder months, pool heat can be added for a fee.

Perfect spot!

This place was perfect for our two families and sets of 4 and 2 year olds. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach with a few bikes. Every amenity you need is there and then some. The pool and hot tub were awesome. We would absolutely book this place again!

Our entire family loved our stay! 3 kids, 2 adults - coming in the fall, the heated pool was incredible to have! Arcade was a blast, too. Plenty of room for us to spread out and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Would definitely recommend!

This property was amazing! Very quick bike ride to the beach and short car ride to great restaurants and shopping. Adorable decor, very clean, and so close to the beach. The pool was wonderful and the hot tub even better. The owners were super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Unwind at Sea Pines!

Beautiful and relaxing setting at Sea Pines. We rented bikes to explore the trails and ride to the beach which was absolutely stunning. The house was nice and very peaceful with a large hot tub that was great for days end. If you're looking for a private setting to relax and enjoy quality family time, look no further.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a fantastic time during our stay. Our 3 yr old son loved the heated pool and bunk bed room. The central location made it great for biking to/from the beach, Harbor Town, South Beach, Lawton Stables, and the Beach Club. The house came equipped with everything we needed and was nicely furnished. Can’t wait to come back and visit again!

Location was great for a quick walk to the beach, even with our wagon of stuff. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. I would say the maintenance on the pool & hot tub could have been better. There were a ton of leaves all over the bottom of the pool. Otherwise,pool temperature was great and we enjoyed the backyard nightly.

Great week!

This house made our week in Hilton Head fantastic! The backyard is very private and the pool snd hot tub are lovely! All the beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. The kitchen is well appointed and the starter soap/ laundry detergent for kitchen and bathrooms was a really nice touch. The owners were also very responsive to all questions. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful vacation

We lived our vacation on Deer Run Ln. The house was perfect for my family of 6. The pool was great. There was a hot tub but we didn’t use it because the weather was so warm. Its location was great. A very short bike ride to the beach. It was very easy access. I would definitely stay again.

Spring Break

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property, plenty of room to spread out and relax. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub after exploring the island during the day. The bunk room is especially fun! We also had some arcade tournaments. There is a close bike trail with beach access and I would recommend to anyone to rent bikes and enjoy the ride. We saw many birds and even some alligators!

Beautiful house, great location!

The house is beautifully decorated and is in a great location on a quiet street. The kitchen was large and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook throughout the week. We were able to bike to the beach in under 5 minutes and could get to restaurants and shopping quickly too. The check-in and check-out were both very easy and the property manager was always available to answer any questions we had. We travel to Hilton Head each year, and would definitely stay in this house again.

Absolutely lovely place to stay! There is plenty of room for a large family. We have 6 people and three other family members who came to visit. There was plenty of room to move around and enjoy each others company. The pool and hot tub were a great addition to the stay! The kitchen had everything you needed to dine in. We loved the location and it’s really close to the beach. A nice walk or quick bike ride to get there. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk room! Perfect Stay

We had a perfect stay at this property. Everything was spot on and didn't have any issues. The property manager or host was extremely responsive to messages and letting us know when the pool people were coming to fix an issue and responding to any and all questions. The house was excellent, very clean and loved that everything was labeled. All the cabinets, switches, etc. were labeled so you knew exactly what you needed. The pool and hot tub were nice too, but we really enjoyed the location. We rented bikes and it was close to a bike path that you could jump on and ride forever. Very short bike ride or walk to the beach as well. Close to South Beach and Harbour Town. Loved our stay and would recommend or stay here again anytime.

Great house, Super Location and Attentive Owner

We’ve stayed at this house many times over the last 20 years. The location is great. The current owners completed an update over recent years. The refresh looks great…new furniture, updated bathrooms, floors, shiplap, very cool built in wood bunk etc. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the hot tub. Hayes responded immediately. It was drained and refilled. The house was not rented on the day of our departure. Hayes was kind and extended our checkout. If you’re looking for a clean casual home with a private pool, close to the beach and an easy bike ride to everything else in Sea Pines, this is your home.
