Beautiful view of the ocean

The condo could use a update. The sliding door was hard to slide. Two hands and muscle got the door open and close. The shower drain in the front bathroom ran very slow. Other than that everything was wonderful, we for sure would like to return in the future.

Enjoyed our stay

We've been coming to HH for years and this was the second year for our family staying at Windsor Court. We love the Palmetto Dunes area and the access to the beach is great. With my 2 kids, we normally prefer a 2 bedroom unit but the availability was low this year through the summer, so we went with this 1 bedroom unit. It worked fine with the couch pull out bed and we had a great time. One thing I will say that was kind of a hassle, last year the management team sent us the parking passes in the mail and we were able to go right to the unit. This year, we had to actually physically go the the management office first, wait in line, and then pick up the passes. It's not really that far out of the way, but's still another stop you have to make when all we wanted to do was get to the unit after a long drive in. I'd suggest giving the tenents an option if they want to pick up the parking passes or have them mailed and it would solve this issue. Overall satisfied with the unit and the stay and we would rent from this company again. Thanks for taking my feedback.

Incredible Views

The pictures of the views of this property do not do it justice. The views of the pool and ocean were terrific. The balcony was spacious with a table and chairs which made it easy to sit, eat and enjoy the scenery. Overall the unit is clean and nicely appointed but we wound up washing all the utensils because they were encrusted with food and the dishwasher did not work properly.

Good location- Needs updates

Great ocean view from balcony. Updates needed: balcony furniture is flimsy and rusting, need to replace. Inside, washer/dryer combo needs to be replaced. Washer extremely noisy. Dishwasher old, metal posts rusted and broken off. Door for dishwasher tablets does not open when running washer. Biggest issue was lack of kitchen accessories. Examples, only 2 teaspoons, 3 small bowls, no storage containers, etc. Disappointed with price paid and what we received. Did not meet expectations.

The view was amazing. Carpet could stand to be washed. Kitchen counters were all sticky and had to be cleaned. We had a problem with shower in bathroom off kitchen so called on Sunday and no one ever showed up to fix. Bed was not that comfortable and pillows definately need to be replaced - didn't think we even were sleeping on pillows.

This is a great unit except very badly soiled carpet and dated bathrooms, otherwise 5 stars. Exceptional view, well equipped, great location and everything worked. Would say again once the carpet is cleaned.

Nice condo Would stay again 😍

The condo was very nice~ the kitchen could use more silverware~ there were no butter knives. Also bedroom Definitely could use a ceiling fan. We have been staying in Palmetto Dunes for over 15 years and first condo that didn’t have one and it was a little warm without one. There were no wash cloths left with bath towels and hand towels~ I sent message to Wyndham and on Monday someone from Wyndham called and said they would deliver a couple and never did. Nice unit.

We will definitely stay again next year. We love Hilton Head. It is our favorite place to go. The view was the best. We loved the balcony and the space. It met all of our expectations.

The pictures accurately depict the condo. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The grounds are very well maintained. The condo is a tad outdated but very, very clean. Plenty of supplies. I definitely would go back in a heart beat. Very easy to work with Wyndam Vacations.

This is a beautiful resort and condo. Wonderful oceanfront views and the pools were great.

Me and my family had a wonderful week vacation on the beach. The condo was beautiful and the view from the ocean front balcony was amazing. Perfect to sit out on the lounger and just watch the waves come in! We also enjoyed the pools and our 20 month old had a blast in the baby pool! We look forward to coming back and staying here again!
