HILTON HEAD ISLAND: Beautiful Beach Retreat. Welcome to the Lazy Lagoon Villa, your beach home away from home. Located in Palmetto Dunes, this ocean beauty is a 7-minute walk to the beach, steps away from a private pool, and close to our community country store and sporting equipment rental facility.

Inside this elevated first floor villa you will find a fresh, bright, comfortable home! Upon entry is the a fully equipped kitchen including small appliances and necessities for making and serving meals. The dining table has seating for six and opens to a comfortable living room equipped with a sofa, love seat and a TV.

The sliding glass door in the living room leads out to the balcony. Spend lazy hours enjoying the view overlooking the Palmetto Lagoon which is alive with jumping fish, singing birds, and an occasional alligator swimming by.

The first bedroom offers two queen-sized beds, a view of the Palmetto Lagoon, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

In the second bedroom you will sleep comfortably in an ample king-sized bed. This room also offers a daybed with a trundle to accommodate additional sleepers as well as a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The Lazy Lagoon Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and is the perfect location for your visit to Hilton Head Island. We look forward to your visit.

*Free shuttle service through Palmetto Dunes Buggy available April through September.

Place was clean, however floors are unstable due to being soft which made it feel like you were going to fall through. Gets hot at night even though we never turned temperature done past 72 which is what they said not to go lower because unit would freeze up.

Awesome place for a family to stay

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. The location was perfect to get to the beach and all the other amenities. The place was very nice clean and perfect size for our family. Only complaint would be the whole place was updated but the master bath and the air conditioning didn’t circulate well to the bedroom's

Love the location, space and sleeping arrangements. Unfortunately the unit smelled bad, real bad. Mgt. sent over three different repair peeps, looked for dead critters, looked in all vents then placed air sponges through the unit and suggested it was “just old cottage smell”. This is the third year we have stayed at this complex, only year that we were on 1st floor. We will not stay in a first floor unit again.

Wonderful family vacation in a great location.

Great location

We enjoyed the lagoon view right off the back porch, abundant with birds, deer and other wildlife. We preferred it to ocean view because of the peace and quiet. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was nicely equipped, and everything was clean and comfortable. We would stay again, and we’d recommend this unit.

Fabulous location and updated unit

We loved this property - clearly it’s been updated. Had all the necessary items including beach chairs! Short bike ride or walk to the beach and lovely lagoon view with covered deck where we set our “office” for the week. Would absolutely book this again!
