Hickory Cove is situated directly on the Palmetto Dunes Resort 11-mile lagoon system with beautiful multiple balcony views, open floor plans, and steps away from the beach access point. The Ocean Cove complex has an on-site community pool. The Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center is just a short walk away. Enjoy private docks to fish, canoe and kayak Palmetto Dunes' picturesque inland waterway. Rent a canoe or kayak for a few days from Hilton Head Outfitters, located on the lagoon across from the General Store.

FLOOR PLAN
Two bedroom, two story townhouse style villa with a front and back deck, as well as private decks off the bedrooms. Open floor plan on the first floor, one bedroom on the first floor, loft and second bedroom on the second floor. Located on the 18th hole of the Robert Trent Jones oceanfront golf course and easy, convenient access to the beach path.

FIRST FLOOR
ENTRY
The villa's front door opens to a cozy mudroom conveniently centered in the unit. To the left are stairs leading to the upstairs sleeping spaces, across the front entry door is the door to a bedroom, and on the right is the rest of the unit.

LIVING/DINING ROOM
The living room features a comfortable sectional sofa, large TV and cozy reading chair. The sliding glass doors off the living room open to the beautiful relaxing golf course view off the back deck. There is a bathroom off the living room with a walk-in shower. Adjacent to the living room is the dining table which seats six and opens to the kitchen.

KITCHEN
The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and a window over the sink that allows light to brighten the kitchen. This unit has both a Keurig coffee maker as well as a filtered one.

BEDROOM 1
The first bedroom is located on the first floor. It features a king size bed, TV, and a private, updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sliding glass door has direct access to the back deck.

SECOND FLOOR
LOFT
The upstairs loft has a twin trundle bed and a small TV, and leads to the guest bedroom.

BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom has two double beds, TV and a private, updated bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is also a sliding glass door leading to a small balcony overlooking the golf course.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Sliding glass doors from the living room lead to the spacious deck with a table for outdoor dining, a gas grill, a charcoal grill, and beautiful golf course views.

In addition to a private community pool, nearby amenities include the new Toptracer Range at Palmetto Dunes, Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center, kayaking, shopping at Shelter Cove Marina, the popular General Store and several dining options. This villa is conveniently near everything you need to enjoy a relaxing getaway with family and friends!

Great Villa

Villa location was ideal. It was shaded by moss trees and had an excellent deck with Weber grill. Super spacious for our family. All appliances in good working order except toaster is on its last legs. Definitely look to rent the same location next year
