  • This spacious remodeled villa is located within a five-minute walk to the beach. This Vacation Rental is across from the Tennis Center, Community Pool and George Fazio golf course located in the world renowned Palmetto Dunes. This villa is centrally located close to the general store and Alexanders Restaurant. Bike and kayak rentals are also nearby for your convenience.
    This spacious villa features two master bedrooms with attached master baths. Relax in the cozy living area featuring a flat screen TV. The updated kitchen has beautiful granite countertops. Enjoy the beautiful covered patio overlooking the quiet pristine landscaping of Palmetto Dunes.

    Included in your stay at our condo is a Tennis/Pickleball package for our renters. This includes 2 hours free court time a day for the days you book. Text us for more details.

Lovely getaway

We enjoyed our spring getaway -the condo was close to the general store and the tennis courts -a short walk from the beach-beds were comfortable-lots of bath towels (just bring some beach towels)- quiet setting -tons of walking/biking trails. Lovely!

This is a wonderful spot in Palmetto Dunes! We had 5 adults and one 3 year old in this home and it was so spacious. It was a great distance to lots of activities and shopping. The home was beautiful and clean and we will definitely be keeping it in mind for future trips!

This property is perfectly situated in the middle of Palmetto Dunes. An easy walk or bike ride to everything. Pool is directly across the parking lot. It was a perfect girls week at the beach.

Jeff and Anita are wonderful hosts. The house was spick and span, it was spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with all the utensilsThe house is located very close to the beach, it is about 8 minutes walk and is conveniently located with easy access to the bike rentals and the general store.Parking was easy and convenient, the swimming pool is located opposite to the apartment.

Great Villa!

I rented this villa for my parents who had never been to Hilton Head and they loved it. My mom kept commenting on how nice it was and she loved sitting out on the deck. The fact that there wasn't a ton of stairs to go up to get into the villa was good for them as well.

We absolutely loved this condo. Very clean & comfortable. We liked that we could either walk or ride our bikes to pickleball courts. Location was great. Jeff & Anita also included 2 hours of court time a day, which was fantastic! We are looking forward to hopefully making this an annual event.
