The Space:

Golf enthusiasts will love this vacation home for 10 in the Turnberry Village complex of Palmetto Dunes! Hilton Head Island is famous for year-round golf and when you're not playing 18 holes yourself, you can enjoy views of the Fazio Golf Course!



This beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa features more than golf views. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for brewing the morning coffee to enjoy on the deck. Speaking of the deck, be sure to rustle up some steak and lobster to prepare on the gas grill and enjoy at the outdoor dining table or the indoor dining area. The spacious great room is fitted with comfortable seating for enjoying game or movie night, or just curling up on the sofa with a good book. Sliding doors provide easy access to the deck and help to bring in the views!



Also on the main floor, you have a full-size washer and dryer, a full bath and a spacious guest bedroom with a king bed. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each equipped with their own bathroom. The first has 2 queen beds and the other has 2 full beds.

The Turnberry Village area of Palmetto Dunes Resort has an on-site community pool and is a short bike ride or walk to the beach. * Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Free access to The Dunes Buggy transportation which provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove mid-March through mid-September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis!

* The complex pool is open seasonally from April 1 through September 30.

Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.



Palmetto Dunes Buggy Service

Free shuttle service. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service provides complimentary transportation within the Palmetto Dunes Resort and Shelter Cove Harbor. Don't worry about renting a car or spending money on getting to and from all the amenities and things to do at Palmetto Dunes.



The shuttle service will take you to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, shops, and tennis courts at Palmetto Dunes. It will also bring you to Shelter Cove Harbour, Towne Center, and the Plaza. This area is bustling and offers plenty of activities and things to do just off-site.



The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service is available seasonally from April to September. Each van is dispatched on a first-come, first serve basis by request. Typically vans arrive within 10 minutes of a call.
