The kitchen is fully equipped with bar seating for three, granite counter tops and updated appliances. The dining area is located off the kitchen and seats four. The comfortable living room has a sleeper sofa, regular sofa, TV, and sliding glass door to an oceanfront balcony that offers beautiful ocean views.

The master suite is furnished with a king bed, TV, walk-in closet and newly remodeled private bath with an oversized walk in shower. Guests also have access to the balcony from the bedroom. There is also a 3/4 bath off the entry.
