This updated 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa in Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island is the perfect home base for your Hilton Head getaway! HHI great vacation rental

Beautiful Villa

Fantastic villa with fully stocked kitchen and all the beach gear. A little far to walk to the beach with small kids (under 5) but the beaches are a 2 min drive with easy parking. Lots of great restaurants. Beds were super comfortable. Loved our stay.

Lovely condo and fully stocked!

The condo was clean and beautiful. The kitchen area was so nice and open! We were amazed at all the items for small children including (pack and play, toys, games, high chair, etc.), as well as the beach chairs and wagon. We would love to stay here again!

Beautifully Decorated Beach Villa

Very clean spacious condo. Beautiful kitchen and tons of space to spread out in the living area. We stayed her for my daughter's wedding weekend and the space was perfect for us. Downstairs king bed was very comfortable.

Family Fun at HH!

The house was a perfect fit for our family. The upstair bunk bedroom was great for our grandchildren. There was plenty of space to play nightly card games. The location was convenient for the beach and Coligny Plaza. We loved it!

Comfortable and clean

The place was as advertised; centrally located with easy access to beaches, shopping and walking/biking trails. The house was clean and comfortable. Beach accessories were available and pool is right across the way. Check in was simple and the owner was quick to respond to our inquiries. Clean bedding and towels were in place upon arrival. We could immediately grab a shower after our long travel.

Golf Week in May

Great space for two couples. 10 min walk to beach. Wagon and chairs provided. We had great access to many many great golf courses. Bring your mosquito repellent. One minute drive to Coligny beach. We would definitely go back. The whole area is dog friendly

July trip 2023

Was our first time staying at this property. Owner was very responsive. Loved that it was pet friendly. We were even able to stay an additional night. Was a bit of a hike to the beach if you walk and have lots of stuff and small kids but also metered parking at Alder beach access. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your property.

Christmas Holiday

Stayed in this lovely townhouse while visiting family at Christmas. It's nicely decorated, very clean, has well-equipped kitchen, neighborhood is dog friendly, and a decorated Christmas tree was a special touch...very festive! Our host Tom was great. Responded quickly to several questions we had. Highly recommend!

Hilton Head golf trip

Myself and two others came to Hilton Head for a golf tournament. This property was perfect for us. Three bedrooms. Each bedroom had their own bathroom. Spacious downstairs and the location was really good. The communication with the property manager was excellent. Any question we had was answers promptly. Really nice play for our stay.

Nice Condo

We loved our stay in Hilton Head! Condo was walking distance (15 min), or a short drive to Coligny Beach. The unit included extra beach chairs, an umbrella and a collapsable wagon! The wagon was great for hauling all our gear. We had a great stay. The bed downstairs was too high, box spring not needed. Also, one of the showers upstairs not working. Host was very responsive.

Loved Staying at Ocean Breeze

My adult son and I stayed at the villa for 3 weeks. It was so wonderful to have a work station and the internet was great for the days I needed to work. The villa is such a great location and has everything you need. We had our dog with us and the neighborhood is very dog friendly. We walked to the beach everyday. The walk was less than 10 minutes to hit the sand of the beautiful beach. We hit all the great local spots and took a few day trips. Bike rental was so convenient--they delivered and picked up the bikes. So many great trail around the villa. It was really great having 2 levels so we each could have our own space. The kitchen and living area are so big and provided a great common hang out space. Laundry on the 2nd floor was very convenient. I would highly recommend the villa and we will defiantly come back. We love Hilton Head and this location.

Family Vacation

The property had great updates and was very comfortably furnished. Deck box had items for the beach and was nice to have at the house. We had a little hiccup with the air conditioning unit, Tom was very responsive and stayed in contact with us until it was resolved. Two disappointments: 1 was the dishwasher inside was covered in mold and mildew, we ran it empty but it did not clean it and so we hand washed dishes the entire stay 2 the back deck and chairs were covered in pine needles and debris. The debris had been on the furniture long enough that it would not just brush off. This made the deck unusable. We enjoyed the property overall.
