Welcome to beautiful, private, Island Club Resort; Hilton Head Island's best kept secret for relaxation and family fun, with the beach in your back yard. Unit 2102

Location: Island Club is located mid island. It is two miles from Shelter Cove Marina and Retail Complex, The hub for watersports and cruises, waterfront dining, shopping and live entertainment. With the easy connection to the 60 mile Island biking trail system right outside the gate it is a fun and easy bike ride away, or take the seasonal running breeze trolley.

Amenities: First of all, the BEACH! This gorgeous gated, oceanside community has multiple private access points to breathtaking Folly Field Beach. Wide and flat, perfect for relaxing, swimming, fishing, walking, biking or just taking in the view.

The centrally located multilevel pool complex starts with the upper level tanning pool and spa, overlooking a pair of har-tru tennis courts. A waterfall cascades down to the adult pool level and includes an adjoining, shaded cozy conversation area. The next level offers a zero entry kidddie pool with mushroom fountain overlooking the lovely lagoon. Something for everyone in one beautiful area.

Island Club Tennis Center has abundant available courts for tennis and pickle ball, teaching pro's, daily clinics, mixers and a pro shop with equipment for sale or rent. This is also the location of the fitness center, basketball court and bike rentals.

Steps from our door, enjoy the beachfront grilling picnic/party area with cornhole, tetherball, playsets and ocean view sundeck.

This oceanside condo is perfect for couples, families or multigenerational gatherings.

Hilton Head has an island wide quiet time from 10pm-7am.

This is a beachfront property, outdoor lights must be off during sea turtle season.

Fantastic communication and cleanliness
We loved our stay here! Everything was clean and well-kept, and the best part was the easy communication with Diane. She always responded quickly and helpfully when we had an issue or a question. Being on the first floor made it very easy for us to cart our beach stuff, especially since we have little kids. Beautiful views of the sunrise every day were the highlight of our stay!

Sisters Reunion
Five adults were very comfortable in this beautiful Island Club condo for a week. The condo far exceeded our expectations and the pictures don’t do it justice. Great location, loved the sun deck and gas grills and the hot tub was an added bonus. The condo was meticulous which is always the first thing I notice. Only bummer was our less than perfect weather but we still managed to have a great time.

This property was amazing from start to finish! Not only was it super easy to take our two toddlers to the beach but the ground floor made it even better when making a quick run to the bathroom or to come in and eat lunch (2-3 min walk). The host was beyond incredible and had everything you could possibly need in the condo. Everything was super clean. Highly recommend booking here! Won’t stay anywhere else if we take a trip back to HHI.

Great stay
The property was exactly as described: clean, well-stocked, and right on the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked and we were able to prepare several meals with ease. We also enjoyed the beach supplies; it was so nice to not have to pack, buy, or rent the basics from somewhere else. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Excellent location; it was easy to get around or off the island. And the beach: perfect! It was so convenient to get out for our beach days and run back if we forgot something. It was also nice to be able to sneak out quickly at sunrise to enjoy the views and check the nearby turtle nests. Communication was great with the host and she responded quickly. Thanks for a great stay on HHI!

Summer Finale
Everything was great for our family of five! Location was perfect, so nice to be able to walk right out to the beach. Loved all the activities available onsite. Host was proactive in reaching out to us and very responsive to our questions. Definitely recommend!

The property is beautiful and check in was great. This is a property that is designed for an amazing vacation! Unfortunately, our stay was interrupted by the Tropical Storm. The hostess, Diane, was so interested in our well being and took a personal interest in our return. I can’t say enough about Diane and this property. Outstanding!

As Advertised
We had never been to Hilton Head but knew we wanted to be on the ocean. It’s .14 of a mile from the front door to the beach and has a beautiful view. Restaurants and groceries weren’t far away and was an easy drive from the Savannah airport. Resort felt secure and condo was easy to find and enter. Our sons (14 & 13) liked the spare room having 2 beds.

Perfect Getaway
For our family of 5 the space was perfect - well stocked, incredibly conveniently located and cleanest beach ever! Traffic is deathly slow and you do have to pay to get to other parts of the island but it was in our top 3 family vacations EVER!

Enjoyment before the rush
Great place to enjoy Hilton Head. Beach is quiet, close to all the great eats but not in the high traffic areas. It has been perfect for what we were looking for. Expectations were reality.

An awesome home away from home
The property was amazing. Diane made sure we had everything we needed during our stay in HH. She was in constant communication prior and during our stay. Wonderful all the way
Easy check in. Attentive owner, very available and prompt answering questions. The unit is spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The porch looking at the dunes was full of birdlife to watch as we listened to the ocean. Beautiful sunrise and so nice to be 2 minute walk from the gorgeous beach. Nothing negative at all. Wonderful Condo
This condo was very well appointed with all the items you could possibly need. It was well decorated and the furniture looked great, beds were comfy as well. But the view is the best part! It was also a nice more quiet break from the Caligny area down the island.

Beautiful property and great location
We've stayed at this property three different times. This unit was the best furnished and most comfortable of all our stays. The first floor made it easy to access the beach. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need and pristine condition.

Fantastic stay

A warm refuge from the midwest winter
Not only was the condo spacious and clean, it was so quiet. It was amazing that we could see the ocean right out the patio door. Just a short walk from there and we sat on the beach relaxing. We hope to stay there again.

Ideal Relaxing location
The ground floor with parking very close made getting around and bringing in things easy. The balcony views the dunes, including a deer frolicking at night. The sounds of ocean at night or in the morning from the balcony made it relaxing. You can even catch a picture of a palm with the crescent moon from the 20 yard walk to the beach access. Two all year restaurants are within a mile walk/ride on the paths. You can rent bikes in the complex. Great place and would highly recommend.
