    The Space:

    The coastal vacation you've been dreaming of awaits at this Hilton Head Plantation Club villa! Surrounded by swaying palms and the salty ocean breeze, the villa is composed of fabulous amenities like a shared pool, playground, and on-site golf course. Plus, you'll find bike rentals at the end of the parking lot.



    You're seven minutes (via the walk/bike path) to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Here, you'll also find umbrellas and beach chairs available for rent, a changing area, outside showers, and an excellent restaurant. There are numerous forest reserves, beaches, and locally owned shops to explore within minutes of the Plantation Club. The Sea Pines trolley will whisk you away to nearly all areas in Sea Pine for free.



    Access your fourth-floor villa via the convenient elevator. When you are ready to relax, settle down inside the centrally air-conditioned interior or kick back on your golf-view balcony. The living room boasts ample seating and a large smart TV, whereas the kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. With personal TVs and soft linens in each of the bedrooms, no one's comfort goes unattended. A washer/dryer adds convenience during your stay.

    All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

    Please note E-bikes are not allowed.



    Other Things to Note:

    Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.



    Things to know: No Pets Allowed.

We loved this property! Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, roomy, and clean. The balcony has a sunrise view over the golf course. The community pool has plenty of shade for really hot days. Great communication too. We plan to stay here again!

The condo with an elevator was exactly what we needed. I needed peace and quiet as I am getting ready for surgery. We know the area very well, so it was very convenient. It was also dog friendly, that was critical. It was bad luck that the owners of the building decided to do some work on the building. Sounded like on the roof and we were on the top floor. So there was some drilling and hammering. The response from the managing agent was basically they couldn’t do anything about it. They insinuated that I wanted some compensation for it which was the farthest thing from my mind. I did not bother responding because I received the communication on our last night. We stayed 3 nights. I would definitely rent the property again. The noise was just bad luck. Otherwise, I wouldn’t change a thing. Anne Reinsford
