Consider this updated first-floor villa your home away from home while you visit Hilton Head Island. This recently listed adorable property features 2 cozy bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. (Sleeps 4) Your stay will be nothing short of amazing. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our villa. It is located in the most popular building, closest to the beach, with a heated outdoor pool overlooking the Villa. This was updated and newly furnished a couple of years ago.
2-bedroom and 2-bath Villa in the heart of Hilton Head Island. The unit features a fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals, complimentary Wi-Fi, and cable. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a TV. For your convenience, we rent a storage unit under the building stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, shovels, and a beach wagon to carry everything to the beach. You have everything you need for a day on the beach. The resort boasts wonderful amenities. There is always 24-hour security on the entire grounds. There are 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, six lighted tennis courts, a volleyball court, pickleball courts, and our semi-private beach. The Atrium in Building #3 offers a heated indoor pool, a kiddie pool, a walking track, an exercise room, a hot tub, a steam room, and a sauna. There is also a furnished sitting area on the second floor, perfect for unwinding, reading a book, or relaxing. There is also a restroom area with a shower for your convenience. Oceanview Bike Rentals has a facility on the property under building #2. They offer all types of bikes that are always like new, and you can reserve them in advance. Pool # 1, the main pool, is heated!
The Beach Bear Restaurant/Bar/Store has inside and outside seating. For the months from May to October, they have an outside bar. For your convenience, there are restrooms there, too. Just over the boardwalk, a few feet from the beach, is Coco's Bar/Restaurant that serves delicious cocktails and food... There are restrooms and a volleyball court. The Resort offers a six-seat golf cart with a roof to shuttle folks from the boardwalk to the beach on a schedule for those who don't enjoy walking. We have recently added a beach mat that extends 90 feet onto the beach so older or handicapped folks can access the beach more easily. There is no need to leave the Resort, but if you do, there is a free Trolley pickup called " The Breeze" just outside our entrance to get around the area if you don't want to drive or Uber!
