    You’ll love this beautiful, fully updated villa in the sought-after Beachwalk community! The first-floor entry opens to a bright and airy living room. The open-concept kitchen and family room, with luxury stainless-steel appliances and comfy seating, connect to an expansive deck overlooking the lagoon and golf course, a great place to cook and share meals. The second floor offers a luxurious main bedroom with a walk-in closet and built-in vanity and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Comfortable and spacious accommodations are available for your entire group to relax and enjoy - you can even work remotely!



    The closest community to the beautiful Shipyard Beach and Beach Club, Beachwalk, located within the prestigious Shipyard Plantation, offers not only a private pool but also the island’s most convenient access to a wealth of activities and amenities! The villa is only a short walk to Shipyard’s private sandy beach and the four-star Sonesta Resort with its excellent spa, restaurants, bar, and entertainment. If tennis is your passion, the villa is across the lane from the Van Der Meer Tennis Center, renowned for its world-class facilities and great drills, classes, and camps. We were on a trip to research properties for investment. We kept comparing our options to the home we were renting and it was a tough bar to overcome! This location, size and quality of finishings were top notch. We walked to the beach in just a few minutes and had very easy access to shopping and restaurants

Loved this condo in Beachwalk!! And such a quick walk to the beach! This condo is close to Coligny shops and restaurants. The decor is welcoming and the living space downstairs was perfect for 5 adults. It was very clean! We enjoyed the outside areas on the back deck, very comfortable and private!

Short walk to beach (with beach parking included if you dont want to walk). great pool. Beautiful house with every amenity you could need. We have been going to hilton head for years and this was the best one we have stayed at and we have stayed at shipyard before.

First trip to Hilton Head

Our rental in the Shipyard area was just what we were looking for. It was well located, within walking distance to the beach and close to numerous restaurants. Hilton Head is a beautiful place to vacation with endless options to entertain young and old.

A Vacation to Remember!

We loved the location, the space, and furnishings and comfort of this great Shipyard townhome. It was just a few minutes' walk to the beach, easy access to bike trails and all the Island has to offer. We'd highly recommend Beachwalk 167. We enjoyed every minute of our stay there!

Excellent Hilton Head Experience

Beachwalk 167 was a great choice for our family vacation! Comfortable beach house feel, nice path for the reasonably short walk to the beach, ample parking. Very clean, beds were super comfortable, felt secure. We recommend this unit!

We felt at home in this condo! It was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy being together yet provided ability to comfortably be alone if desired. The surrounding area was so serene and beautiful. This place was amazing. Been going to Hilton head for years and this was the nicest u it we have rented. Shipyard is one of our favorites. Easy walk to beach (you can also drive and park). Super nice kitchen. Bathrooms are great. Full washer dryer and just about every appliance you may need is available. When we first arrived our passcode didn’t work and the host called me right away and got it fixed no issues. Vacasa is the actual rental company you use and they are utterly awesome to deal with.

Wonderful Condo In Perfect Location

This was a perfect fit for our family. Unit was clean and updated and the two king beds a plus. Easy access to beach. We planned to book again for next year until we saw that the price tripled. Similar units in Beachwalk are much less.

Beautiful Villa in Great Location

Upon arrival, the villa was immaculately clean and very modern. It is in a great location with many restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores just minutes away. It is adjacent to the walking path which we used almost every day. It’s an easy half mile walk to the beach and we took several sunrise beach walks. We did have an issue with the door code when we arrived but it was quickly remedied by the property manager. The owners did a great job of having multiple functional spaces to relax, eat, etc. We would stay there again.

Perfect

The layout was perfect for 3 couples; with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, we had all the space we could have hoped for. There are numerous outside and inside seating areas which gave us plenty of options large enough to seat all of us. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was spotless! The walk to the beach was just a short distance with nice walking paths to lead you there. We would definitely recommend our home away from home (Beachwalk 167) to everyone!!

Wonderful home

This home was booked for my daughters graduation at USCB. We loved all the updates to the home and we love the fact that it had 2 living spaces for people to move around. Our Vacasa rep was great about any of our concerns/ needs. Pleasant surprise, how close the beach was from the home. Just a short walk down a paved path. Plenty of outside living space too!

Great place to enjoy beach

This is an awesome house! Very clean and spacious.AC was working great which is very important when it’s 90 degrees outside. Very roomy kitchen. Grill outside. View on the golf course and a small creek, tall pines and palms is gorgeous. Very secure! It’s a 10 minute walk under the shade of trees to the great clean beach. A lot of bike trails to enjoy the ride. Highly recommended!
