Terrific location!

Centrally located large 1250 sqft single floor condo offers plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all HH has to offer.

Condo includes:
Fully stocked kitchen - granite counter tops stainless steel appliances
Dining area with living room with smart TV
Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom walk in shower king bed smart TV
Washer / Dryer

Smaller sitting room that includes TV viewing area and pull out couch
Full bathroom - tub / shower
Secondary bedroom - 2 queen beds
Originally designed as a lock out the extra space allows privacy with the bedrooms being on opposite sides of the unit.

Fully furnished with everything you'll need including: pack -n-play, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach buggy, central heat and air, 2 community pools, indoor pool & hot tub, stocked kitchen and two balcony's.

Please note that for your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit.

Detailed check in information will be sent a day prior to arrival. Property manager on call to answer questions and address any issues that might arise during your visit.

January Get Away From the Cold

The location, size of the Condo and the owner’s response was excellent. The price was very reasonable for our 27 night stay. Easy access to Coligny Beach and Plaza ( shops, dining and grocery store). Ocean Walk Condos are a little dated but clean. Our unit could use some extra seating in the main television area. Only a sofa. This was really difficult when there were 4 of us. The name of the Condo says Remodeled. Some improvements have definitely been made. Could maybe use a few more, especially the cabinets in the bathrooms. Hilton Head is a wonderful place to visit, I highly recommend it!

Would NOT recommend. Unit filthy, dingy, musty or urine smell throughout unit.BEWARE - Pictures are deceiving. Not “Recently” updated/painted as advertised.Instructions for lockbox/fobs not clear.Had to clean and disinfect EVERYTHING including moving furniture/baseboards/doors.Entire unit rundown, needs to be thoroughly CLEANED/updated. Walls marked/dirty.Kitchen/bath cabinets filthy food/dirt splattered, old, drawers do not close properly, paint chipped, inside drawers dirty.Dresser drawers do not close properly.Utensil/dishes (that we used) had to be cleaned before usingPots/pans VERY used/dirty. Purchased new for our stay.Coffee maker should be replaced. Purchased new for our stay.Pot holders dirty (Did not use).No dish drainer. Purchased for our stay.All doors filthy, caked with dustBalcony filthy, chairs - filthy and/broken (manager replaced)2nd Thermostat falling off wallWasher/dryer need replaced, advised dryer replaced - but was NOT. Nice condo!

Condo itself was nice and good location! I liked how the building is locked, and you have to have the fob to get in. That made us feel safe. Our dryer did not work. I contacted the manger and he said he would get maintenance to come but they never did. We had to dry all of our clothes and towels on the balcony chairs. Overall we had a great time on our vacation!

Good location to beach

Close to public beach access (5-8 minutes). Condo has a beach wagon & 6 chairs. 3 were very rusty so had to buy one additional for family of four. Condo comes with starter kit of small toiletries but also had to buy more for week long stay. 20-30 minute walk (there & back) to Coligny Plaza, so really need to bike or drive after a couple visits. Units indoor pool is good for small kids, & outdoor pool is small therefore only went to beach. Condo is quiet, rarely heard others. Negatives - need more dishes/cutlery for family of four. Shower floor could use a good scrubbing- dirty. Walls have paint touched up showing a different color. Kitchen cabinets are old & paint is chipping in many areas. Family room & bedroom furniture is cheap with laminate coming off & chipped. One dresser drawer was broken. Overall good value, but needs a few updates/improvements.

Never again

We received our keys at 2215, entered the condo, and another family was already staying in the condo. This was very scary for us and them! We phoned property manager from the parking lot because there was no cell service in condo hallways, and he proceeded to chastise me about arriving late, then moved us to a different condo. We enter this unit and the AC in the secondary bedroom is not cooling. We wait 30 minutes, it never cooled off, so at 2330, after 2 more calls to property manager, I cancelled reservation and had to find a hotel available on a Saturday night in Hilton Head SC. I am currently waiting for refund of my pre paid stay.

Fabulous property

We loved the condo, it was exactly as shown in the listing. Very comfortable, loved having the two bedrooms and bathrooms, and essentially two living areas. Condo was very comfortable, and had everything needed. The appliances were great, and so nice to have a washer/dryer there. We would stay again in a heartbeat!
