604 Queens Grant has three spacious bedrooms and two and a half baths providing more than enough room for your family vacation! It is tastefully decorated with beach décor and neutral-colored walls to create that relaxing, vacation feel.

There is a half bath off the foyer, convenient for anyone in the main living area. The updated and fully equipped kitchen with granite counters is perfect for your home away from home. There is a cutout window that allows you to see into the dining room and living room and pass dishes back and forth. In addition, if you have any laundry needs during your stay there is a stacked washer and dryer in the kitchen. The bar height dining table is solid wood and can seat six comfortably! The dining room and living room both have wood floors while the bedrooms are carpeted.

In the spacious living room there is a large sectional sofa, two accent chairs, and a 65” Roku TV with sound bar. Open the sliding door to the backyard patio where there is a table that seats six and a Weber gas grill. This area is surrounded by bushes and is a wonderful space to relax after a long day at the beach.

Off the living room is the master bedroom featuring a king bed, bench seat, and 32” TV. This bedroom has two large closets and access to the back patio. The ensuite bathroom has a single, granite vanity and a walk-in shower with bench seat.

Upstairs, you will find the two guest rooms. One with a King bed and twin bunk beds with a 32” TV; the other has a full bed with a pyramid style bunk bed and a 19” TV. They share a very nice Jack-and-Jill bath that has a single, granite vanity and a tub/shower combo.

The pool is steps off the back deck! Queens Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. The beach is located a short bike ride from the villa. Beach access is located at the Dunes House and during peak season the Dunes Buggy transports guests within the plantation including the marina side located at Shelter Cove.

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
