Family vacation

Very nice house, close to the beach, it would have been nice to have instructions on how to work the Tv, it took us a while to figure it out. We really enjoyed our stay though.

Great Family Vacation

We loved our stay at 6 Bella Terra Trace! Our group was 6 adults and 6 kids (3 families). The set up of the house was perfect and the house was very well equipped and was even stocked with beach chairs and beach/pool toys. There was plenty of space and everyone felt like they had their privacy. The location was great. We spent our days mostly going back and forth from the pool to the beach, but we did venture out and explore the island as well. We were even lucky to see the sea turtles entering the water. The property manager was very prompt in responding to our messages. Only complaint was that the floors could have been cleaned better upon arrival.

Great house, close to beach!!

We had a great time!! Loved the place! Great for a large family or group. Clean but wish more basics could be provided (paper towels, laundry detergent, garbages bags, spices, a dishwasher pod 1 per day)

Perfect Vacation

Great House; Location is perfect, walk to beach is short, house is clean and decorated well, all 6 rooms have King size beds and are very comfortable. There were 13 in our family and it was a home run. Definitely will stay there again. (Only one issue that could use some attention, the main sliding door out to the pool and main deck is really hard to open, kids or some of the women in our family couldn't open it without the help from others)

Amazing Stay!!

My family and I stayed for a week vacation and everything was absolutely amazing! The property was very clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Access to the beach was front in front of the house and there was a place to rinse off before getting into the pool or going back into the house. We loved that all the rooms had king beds and large bathrooms. We would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the area!

Location, location, location

The house was as advertised and housed our 18 people with 3 families and 3 generations. The location being on the beach made it worth the price. The sliding door was hard for the grandparents to get in and out. The bunk room on the second floor not having a door made for some tired children. We had a great time!

Amazing Family Vacation Rental

The house is absolutely stunning ! The location could not have been better! Easy access to the beach and lots of local activities within 15 minutes from the house. We were a large group with ages ranging from 9 months to 70 years old and everyone truly had a wonderful time. The property management team was responsive & helpful for some very minor issues. My only complaint would be the issue with parking and access to the property as result of the construction crews parking on the bridge. We did travel with a large truck and suv which were difficult to maneuver on such a narrow bridge with trucks parked along the side. A construction worker also did knock on the door at 7 am one day to assist in moving our vehicle to accommodate their trailers which I did find inappropriate given the time of day. Having said that, it was still a beautiful house, stunning views and exactly as depicted in the listing. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

Looking for peace and quiet....look elsewhere

Exterior photos online misrepresent the property on the south border. Photos show open land. In fact there's a new house under construction within an arms length. Staying in a construction site with constant construction noise and disruption was not part of our acation plan. If construction had been disclosed or honestly shown in the exterior photos, we would NOT have stayed here. Parking battles with construction crews also was a daily problem. Ownership offered NO concessions and refused to even acknowledge their misrepresentation. There are lots of better options. Pick one of them.

Great place to stay - perfect location.

We are locals in the area, and this was the second time we rented this property. We had our family plus grandkids and our parents - ages 2 to 73 - everyone loved the heated pool and the closeness of the beach. All of the rooms were large and comfortable. Love the storage under the house. Only negative happened on our last day - around 9am before checkout & the kids were in the garage playing corn hole and air hockey when the pool professional just opened the garage and came in without asking or excusing himself - it made my kids and me uncomfortable...they should ring the doorbell or wait until checkout.

50th Birthday Party at Hilton Head 2020

This was a TERRIFIC rental. The location was incredible, so close to the beach. White, soft, gorgeous sand, amazing surf. The property provides fantastic access via the private boardwalk. The outdoor pool is great - if you pay to have it heated, it will be like a hot tub, it has jets - depending on the time of day, 50% of it is covered by shade and that worked out perfectly since the sun is incredibly powerful out there. What an awesome time on the East-facing main deck we had, between the pool / the amazing ocean and beach views from all angles / the tables and lounge chairs / the easy access through a glass door slider right into the main living area. The house was super clean / has lots of great amenities / the size was perfect for 10 people and we used all 5 bedrooms. Property management was VERY helpful and responsive. Elevator worked great. The pool caretaker came 2X while we were there on their own schedule and it was maintained perfectly. My only true downside to the property was no light dimmers! Light dimmers are critical to dialing in a comfort level and adjusting to times of day or mood. That was a disappointment (especially over the dining table and on the pool deck) and so we had to compensate a lot, but on the flip-side, this house had TONS of lights and so there are lots of options to make it more comfortable for you if you are like me! The property is in great shape but it's a wet, damp climate and gets lots of visitors, no doubt - it is starting to show its wear in the failing tile grout and other kitchen (and bathroom) areas where the marble counter meets the walls and sinks, for example - but still in good shape, just could use an update soon to clean up those areas. Loved this place and location is killer, will be back!

Awesome experience

I am a local who rented this property so our older son & his family could have a nice experience during a February school break with us & our other younger kids - despite rain & cold we still had a great time. House was perfect & location was great.

We enjoyed our stay. We loved using the pool and being so close to the beach. The decor in the home was beautiful. I would make it clear that a hairdryer is not included in the home. None of the guests brought one and we had to go purchase a hairdryer. Two minor improvements would be to dust the property and make sure the toilets are cleaned before the next guests arrival. The property was very dusty and most of the light fixtures were covered in dust. The toilets also appeared to be dirty with a ring of film inside some of the bowels.
