4201 Island Club is a very nice 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa in the Neptune building of the Island Club Resort. This villa is tastefully decorated with coastal accents throughout and has an open floor plan. The foyer and kitchen are tiled while the dining room, living room and bedrooms all have a dark hardwood floors. The fully equipped kitchen has dark granite countertops and a flat top stove. The stackable washer and dryer is also found in the kitchen. There is a glass topped oval dining room table that seats six. In the living room there is a blue, tan & gray striped queen sleeper sofa with matching love seat, two accent chairs and a large Samsung TV. The sliding glass doors open to a covered balcony where there are four chairs and two small tables. A great place to have your morning coffee or evening cocktail while you overlook the beautifully landscaped yard with ocean views off to your right.
Behind the living room are the two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed, accent chair and 32” Roku TV. The private bathroom has a single vanity and walk-in shower. In the hall is the second bathroom which has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom is off to the left and has a full size bed, twin bed, large closet and 32” Roku TV.
Folly Field invites you to some of the most pristine beaches on Hilton Head Island. With long stretches of coastline, it is ideal for moonlit walks! The Island Club has impeccably manicured grounds and more onsite amenities than most! Island Club is an oceanfront villa complex located in the Folly Field area next door to the Westin Resort Hotel. Beautifully landscaped grounds with walkways that lead to the beach and sundeck. The complex features 9 tennis courts with 7 clay and 2 Har-Tru, a fitness center, basketball courts and fishing lagoons. There are charcoal and gas grills on-site, a picnic area by the beach with lawn games such as corn hole and lawn golf as well as a children's playground. The pools are centrally located in the complex. There is a zero-entry children's pool with a mushroom fountain, hot tub, a tanning shelf and a large lap pool. The pools can be seasonally heated. You can also rent bikes on site as well.
