Mixed feelings

The house was comfortable and in a super location. The property manager was easy to communicate with. Some things of note that were disappointing. It smelled musty in the house. There were many non working light bulbs. The dryer took hours to dry anything. Outside flood lights didn’t work until the last night we were there so never got to be in the back at night. Running toilet upstairs. We were only there 4 days so was impactful for a short stay. Upstairs king bed squeaky and uncomfortable. Positive things- the house is well equipped, pool is nice, pool table was great and great for families.

Family Labor Dwy weekend stay

The house and pool were very nice and clean. I would stay again but would have a few suggestions for the owners. There were 5 in our party and we rented for five days. Each bath had two large towels and two wash clothes. Therefore, we would need to launder them. Not a problem, but the dryer would not dry items. Also, one trash bag left for Kitchen. Make sure to take additional items if staying here. Otherwise, a lovely place and good time

Home Run!

Home is spacious, clean, and has a hotel vibe. Sea Turtle Getaways offered amazing customer service. Can’t go wrong with this property or the management company.

Great stay!

Excellent communication before and after booking by management! I was a little concerned with us visiting in the first week of June and no option to heat the pool that it would be too cold to use, but it was absolutely perfect for kids and adults all week!

Sea Pines Weekend

Couples golf trip

Was a fantastic home. Set up nice for entertaining. Uber was easy to get to all the great places to eat nearby. House slept 6 of us very well. The pool table was great. We didn’t swim but the pool area is very nice. We will rent this home again next year for sure!

Great Vacay

This was a very nice property aside from a couple small things that need updating, this property met our expectations. Upon arrival I had to do a wipe down especially in the bathrooms. Doesn’t seem like dusting is a priority but everything else seemed to be pretty clean. The pool and billiards table was a huge hit with the family. Our dog also enjoyed her stay here too . We would definitely stay here again. The property manager was always available to answer any questions we had and thank them for that. . We would highly recommend this house to anyone who seems at all interested because you won’t regret it. We hope to be back again!!

Wonderful Vacation!

33 Water Oak was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 1 baby. We have plenty of room, and loved swimming in the private pool and playing pool plus other games, cooking, grilling and just spending time together in the house. We were also convenient to the beaches, activities and restaurants of HHI. One of our favorite vacations because it was both fun, and very relaxing!

Great Place

The place is beautiful. Looks just like pictures. There is not a fenced in yard so I took my dog to dog park everyday. Pool is very nice. Plenty of room. We loved the pool table.

Water oak

Main floor of house was updated. The upstairs was tired and needs a refresh. There was definitely a musty/moldy smell in the house when we arrived so I’m sure there have been water issues before. During a rain storm there a couple of water leaks and maintenance was like we will come tomorrow. House had a great pool. The AC on the main floor worked well but upstairs it was very warm and sticky feeling. The kitchen is great and well stocked. Overall, the house was nice but definitely has some deferred maintenance.

Lovely home

Big, beautiful house in a quiet residential area of Sea Pines. It's about a 15 minute bike ride from the beach. It was perfect for the 5 of us. Loved playing pool in the evenings. The outdoor pool is not heated so the water was too cold for us to enjoy that amenity on this trip. I would readily rent this home again on another trip to HHI.

Perfection!

We rented another property in Pensacola (different company) and it was terrible... and we’re celebrating my 50th birthday. My husband told me I could pick another place for us to finish our vacation. Luckily this property was available for the next day so we booked it! I could not have been more pleased with the house, pool and pool table! The house is gorgeous and very well laid out. The pool was SUPER private in spite of the close proximity of the other homes. Seriously it was like we were miles away from other houses! Beds get an A+ too. This house saved my birthday vacation! One very minor suggestion... put a smart tv in the living area. Otherwise... please don’t change a single thing! We will be back!!

Fantastic beach week!

Fantastic beach week! I was a little wary about waiting until the last week in September, but it was probably the best week in Hilton head we’ve ever had. Low crowds, unbelievable weather, and this house was better than advertised!

VERY CLEAN!!

This property was very easy to check into because the property owner sent all the information to my home address ahead of time. When we arrived the house was VERY CLEAN!! The pool is great, the kids spent most of their days in it. Plenty of room, love having a full bathroom in each bedroom!

Great time!!

Thank you for renting us this house. It was perfect for our needs. House was clean and very spacious. Played pool and floated around in the pool. Went to the beach too. Guys went golfing.

Perfectly Private

Privacy galore! The layout was phenomenal; giving the adults their space and privacy within the house and allowing the teenagers to access the swimming pool and billiard room without infringing on the adults space. Plus the upstairs bedrooms for the teens were at the other end of the house, allowing peace and quiet for the adults. The only criticism we have is the kitchen cookware. This definitely needs an upgrade. Food sticks to the pans horribly. We could not cook pancakes one morning and had to change gears in the middle of breakfast preparation. Overall, an exceptional home for a much needed relaxing vacation.

Decent house, only a poor location for our family

The place is very spacious! Nice pool, great “activity room” with pool table. Definitely big enough for 7 adults to spread out. It’s difficult to tell from the map but it was a pretty far bike ride to the beach… that’s really the only complaint. Our family enjoys renting bikes for the week as opposed to driving and it was almost 3 miles one way. Very quiet street. Very nice neighbors that live year round!

Gorgeous spacious comfortable home

We enjoyed this beautiful home with family ranged from 89 to 21 and our dog. Loved biking to the beach - for this who can’t bike there is a trolley but it doesn’t allow dogs. Great time playing pool and scrabble and sitting around the pool.
