Colonnade Club 205 offers the convenience of a first-floor flat for guests to enjoy. The furnished villa is located in close proximity to the shared outdoor grilling area, the on-site pool, and poolside spa. Access to the beach is a short walk away through the adjacent beach path that leads directly to the Shipyard Beach Club.
The villa includes a master suite with a king bed, 32" flat screen TV, and a private bath. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, 32" flat screen TV, and a private bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a private laundry for added convenience. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and loveseat, as well as a 50" flat screen TV. The dining table seats up to 6 people.
The Shipyard Resort is conveniently located close to popular shops, restaurants, and entertainment on the island. Explore acres of breathtaking nature, including ancient live oak trees draped in Spanish moss, lagoons that are home to snowy white egrets, great blue heron, and possibly an alligator or two.
The resort offers paved bike paths, a large on-site pool measuring 21' x 62', a spacious poolside spa, poolside restrooms, and a grilling area for guests with 2 gas grills and a picnic area. Beach access is less than a 1/2 mile walk away via the beach path located just to the left of the grilling area. The Shipyard Beach Club offers restrooms and outdoor showers for guests to use.
