Overall nice. Two cleaning ladies were still cleaning when we arrived. It could have been more thoroughly cleaned. I witnessed one of them sweep a rug not vacuuming as it needed. I vacuumed as soon as they left. Food under coffee table and crumbs under couch so I vacuumed. Dirty Sheets still on sofa sleeper. Ceiling fans w ceiling lights needed in every bedroom. The switches are already on walls for them!

The view is outstanding! The condo is beautiful inside and plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children. We have rented condos over the past 8 years because my parents moved and this one we all agree is the best. All units have been in this area captains walk, Hampton etc.! We all loved the shape of deck because it allowed you to talk and not so small you feel like you are lined up in a row!

Great stay

We had a lovely stay. The condo was renovated, and the management was super responsive if we ever had issues or questions. The only negative was that the internet was very spotty. The TVs were all on the internet so they would go out. The phone service wasn't great either.

Very Nice, Family Enjoyed!

Property is in a quiet, family friendly community with beautiful beaches. Properties are well maintained and easy to navigate. Renting bicycles are great convenience especially for traveling around the gated community. Close to everything needed! Enjoyed the stay!

Birthday Family/friend trip

Fantastic property and location! Celebrated hubby’s 50th. Friends stayed one night before they could check in nearby. Other friends came over from Sea Pines to celebrate with dinner. The rest of the trip family came in for long weekend. This property was the envy of everyone. Beautiful inside and outside. Everyone had their own space, bath, and family area was very accommodating! Easily accessible by elevator. We never heard another person unless outside. We will be back for sure!

Lacking Basic Necessities

The wifi is only 3MBPS...cannot watch TV uninterrupted and difficult to work on computer. We restarted the router twice per day but didn't help much. They give you two: trash bags. dishwashing pods, and laundry pods. There are zero pantry items to cook with. The coffee maker did not work.

Barrington 205

Great updated unit. Everything you need for a week of relaxation. Highly recommend renting a deck boat at Shelter Cove and taking it out on the sound. Easy to operate and you'll see many dolphin.

Newly renovated and beautiful. Check in was easy. Response to "emergency" (we lost our gate pass- probably blew out of car) was instantaneous. Another phone call with a question was returned promptly during normal business hours.

HHI is our family vacation spot. This year we stayed at Barrington, Palmetto Dunes. The property was clean, great view, had everything we needed for our stay. The rental company made it easy for us to check in and updates were given as needed. I definitely recommend this place and I will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Condo!

We loved this condo! It was perfect for our family! The kitchen had everything we needed with updated appliances. We have stayed in places in the past that were not well cleaned but this one was very clean! We will be coming back again next summer!

Property manager was a great pleasure to work with and most helpful for planning activities and places to eat, shop, sight-see, etc. The rental was beautifully appointed, laid out to take advantage of fantastic views, squeaky clean and located in a very beautiful part of the island. We would love to return and stay there again.

Beautifully appointed three-bedroom condominium. We have stayed at Mini Palmetto dunes properties over the last 15 years. This was by far the most beautiful and well-maintained condominium that we’ve ever stayed at. We will definitely be staying at this one again in the future. Definitely our favorite.

Beautiful and spacious unit in a good location

The unit was a large and modern unit that was beautifully done. We had a great view of the pool and the ocean from the balcony and plenty of natural light. The property management team was very friendly and always responded promptly to our inquiries.
