Great week

We had a great week! Great location! Condo was great except for the smell when we got there. We had to purchase air fresheners to help. I think the smell is due to the air conditioning. Kind of a musty smell that lingered even with the air fresheners.

Nice, quiet oceanfront condo. Small but modern and clean with everything you need. Would recommend for 2 adults and small child. Would be tight quarters for more. Excellent location.

Relaxing time at the beach

Condo was exactly as pictured. Bed was comfy. Only 1 pool, and I did think both pools pictured were part of the property. I’ve rented a lot from VRBO and I’ve never had to stop by a rental office to retrieve keys before and there was a long line of other checking in as it was a holiday. Office fold were nice and organized, it went quickly, but after being in the car all day, I value immediate access with a door code. Owners responded right away with any questions.

Nice Little Villa

We enjoyed our stay here ~ it was very neat and clean. A little smaller than we are used to, but it was fine with just the 2 of us. Tastefully decorated and well kept. Would rent again.

The condo was perfect for my stay. It was clean and amazing location with great views of the ocean and ease of getting to the beach. The pool was older but great and made me realize this is the type of property I would buy!

anniversary trip

Overall it was a great long weekend. The weather was perfect for late October. The condo was just what we needed for the two of us. I could see where it would have been a little cramped for a family of four. The renovations were nicely done. Everything was clean and well kept. We had everything we needed! The view was amazing, close walk to the beach and the pool was just right! The only reason for not giving 5 stars would be that it is an older unit with 2 separate split ac window type units that didn't want to stay on for very long but that could have just been the milder temps and it leaves the unit with a "older musty" smell. But you really can't expect anything more than that when it's an older place on the beach that stays damp from salt air year round. It would definitely be a place we would come back to. Rental staff was easy to get along with and very accommodating.

Nicely updated!

We literally booked this the night before our arrival as we decided last minute to make the trip. I had an email very early the morning of our arrival with all the details of check in and the folks at the management office were great! The condo was nicely renovated with all modern amenities and a great view of the pool and the beach! We enjoyed the very short walk to the beach and having access to a chair and umbrella rental service right on the sand. It’s also nice that this property is adjacent to another property that has a nice outside bar and grill. We didn’t need to pack a lunch or get in the car if we just wanted to spend all day on the beach The only things I would recommend to the owners are a full length mirror in the unit and lots of hooks both, both inside and on the balcony, for towels. And for any of you wondering…Yes! We saw dolphins swimming multiple times during our stay.

Bring slippers. Daughter walked around barefoot, and had to clean bottom of her feet every night before she went to bed. Dirty, dirty floors. Everything else was fine.

The condo is exactly as described. Great pool. Unfortunately there was construction going on below us, but did not deter from enjoying the property. So close to the beach! We will go back.

Such a nice condo

This was our first visit to HHI. We loved waking up every morning to the beautiful view. Super fun to ride our bikes right on the beach. Very close to coligney plaza and Sea Pines. You’ll love your stay here

Ideal place for a beach getaway

We had a great time staying at this property! Everything was clean and modernized and we had no issues with anything in over our 3 night stay. The location cannot be beat as it's a short walk to the beautiful beach right outside the property. The only improvement that could be made is some type of easier way to hang beach towels and suits. The balcony has room but there could be hooks or a rack or something. We definitely recommend staying here for a couple or a small family!

Great location, clean property

Location was fantastic. Check in and check out were easy. Condo was clean but could stand some TLC. Bathroom door didn’t like to close and tv in living quarters required constant adjustments to cables to maintain signal.
