Gorgeous view, ocean could be seen from kitchen, dining, living and master bedrooms. Large, spacious balcony, loved being out there at all times day or night. Living quarters had everything we needed. Room, eventhough on the 5th floor, was easy to access. Perfect location, 1 minute elevator ride then about a 3 minute walk over the dunes to the beach, about a 2 minute walk to the pool. The management service was nice to deal with, if I sent an email or called after hours they called me at a reasonable time in the morning. Prior to arrival I had inquired about early check-in as we travel from PA through out the night and usually arrive at Hilton Head around noon. I was told they would notify me if I could get into the room early. That was fine by me. We arrived around noon Saturday afternoon and as we were grabbing our things to go to the pool and have sandwiches, we saw a maid and asked if the condo was clean and she said she thought so and radioed up to confirm. It turned out it was clean but a comforter needed laundered. My family and I headed to the pool. Later that afternoon, I called the management service to see if we could get into the room, they stated the room is not ready, so I ask if they are going to call once the room was ready and they said they don't do that, but I could call back to check. We went to the room at 4pm and were granted access. There was no comforter on the bed, only a blanket. A day or two later, I recieved a phone call and a comforter showed up on the kitchen counter. There was one day that my family and I went to the beach and after our day came back to the condo to get showers. The first person to shower had a cold shower. Everyone else waited and could get warm showers later that evening! Outside of those 2 incidents, we had a splendid trip, despite the rainy weather. The condo was large enough for 4 grown adults to have their own space but cozy enough for game nights and breakfasts and dinners together.
Overall, I would stay here again and I would recommend this location.
