The property was very clean. Updated flooring and kitchen were quite nice. However, the property had a cold or unfinished feel, with many blank walls, etc. I did have a couple small issues upon arrival that were taken care of in a timely fashion. One concern I had that I made the property manager aware of that was never addressed. The property advertises in the property features a "Fireplace". I told the property manager that it did not work. She said that she would talk to maintenance and get back to me. I never heard back from her. It was quite disappointing because we had a couple of very cool nights and it would have been nice to use the fireplace. Master bedding was old and in need of replacement. Master bed sheets were paper thin.

Great condo!

Condo is very spacious and felt new. Honestly, I could live there! The view of the sound is beautiful. Only steps from the pool, the sound and an easy walk to Salty Dog. A short drive to Harbor Town. Can’t beat the location.

Beautiful Condo and Views

The condo was in a perfect location. The condo was so pretty and comfortable. It was also very clean. Check in day was super easy. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

A Peaceful Retreat

We were in Hilton Head for a friend's celebration of life, so it wasn't your usual "vacation." But everything about our stay at this condo brought about peace, comfort and ease. The view is absolutely breathtaking, as soon as you walk through the door. The beach is uncrowded, with flat and packed sand making it easily walkable for miles. Some previous guests had some complaints about the outdoor furniture and the bed linens, but the owner must have replaced them. The outdoor furniture seemed new and was great for breakfasts. We are used to upscale accommodations and had no complaints about the bedding. The guest bath could use an update, but that's about all I could say. The communication with the management company was very detailed and helpful. We'd definitely stay again.

Nice Views

Overall the stay was great. For the money, there were a few things that could have been addressed. There was no access to Netflix. In the Master Bathroom the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall due to poor mounting with rawl plugs into sheetrock. The patio table was broken and tilted. We were told that they would bring another on Tuesday, it never happened. The shower in the 2nd bedroom clearly had a leak that cause sheetrock damage over time. The shower valves were Installed backwards and the hot water took several minutes to arrive in the shower from the hot water heater. An in line circulator pump would help resolve this problem. I would definitely stay there again, but these small items would really make a difference for the price.

Great building with a beautiful view but the windows had paint dripped on them. Condo desperately needs a new patio table and the bed pillows and linens were in need of replacement. Loved the kitchen set up.

Great location- ocean views are amazing! Nice beach and clean condo. Would like to have had nicer bedding and newer guest bath and definitely needs new outdoor furniture but otherwise a great stay!

Perfect Family Vacation

My husband, three boys (15, 14 & 10yr old) and myself stayed for 3 nights. The condo was gorgeous and very clean. Lots of space for the 5 of us. The location was perfect. Right on the beach, lots of bike trails, very short walk to South Beach Marina Village and tennis/pickle ball courts. Our older boys would walk to get ice cream or go play pickle ball while the youngest and I would go for a swim in the outdoor pool or take a walk on the beach. The beach is amazing with lots to walk in both directions, especially during low tide. It was never overly crowded which we loved. Forest beach had a lot more shops and restaurants but everything is very busy and crowded including the beach. The restaurants at marina village also get crowded at night during supper time but that seemed to be the only time there was a long wait. We enjoyed the evening music every night. The condo looked exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean and they provided plenty of towels, bedding and garbage bags. Everything worked as it should. We would 100% stay again. Customer service was A+++ No cons but things to note incase someone happens to care. A few outlets were old and needed to be replaced, no toilet paper holders and can see where perhaps they got pulled out of the wall, loose toilet seat in master bath and broken sided piece on the bed frame. Non of this bothered us and didn’t take anything away from our vacation.

Beautiful beachfront getaway with amazing views and pool

Overall, lovely stay in thus beautiful home. The beach is very close, steps away, and lovely and natural. Place is generally renovated and updated although master bathroom toilet and guest bathroom shower in en suite bedroom are not yet. They are ok. Plenty of towels and toilet paper and the place was very clean. Place was secure and safe and very comfortable but could be more luxurious for the price. I would recommend this place due to proximity to food, water, and fun.

Beautiful view but DID NOT HAVE A WORKING REFRIGERATOR!

The condo and location was very nice and the view of the ocean was beautiful. The concern I had was the refrigerator would not get cold and the ice maker did not work. The TV in the bedroom with twin beds did not work either. I reported the issues on day one and it was never fixed. The staff brought me two bags of ice for an entire week. I had to go to the store several times to buy ice and I had to throw away so much food. I purchased $450 worth of groceries the day I arrived because of the location the condo is tucked away by itself and going to a local grocery store took 45 minutes on way so almost two hours into a drive made it very inconvenient. I was very upset as nothing has been done to compensate me for my troubles of not having a working refrigerator, freezer to ice maker. The stay in itself is a nice place to stay with your family, just make sure all the appliances are working and bring your own toilet paper, paper towels , trash bags and anything else needed as only one roll is provided.

Great view. Many shortcomings - eg no towel bars or toilet paper holders, bad lighting, no rugs. no curtains in living room. Mattresses and sheets seemed old and worn.

Great beach front condo with beautiful views

Well appointed and spacious for our family of six. The location in South Beach cannot be beat! Located across the street from the Salty Dog, South Beach Marina and tennis/pickleball. Breathtaking views from the condo made it hard for us to leave! We will be back - thank you

Best sunset on Hilton Head

We loved our two weeks on Hilton Head. It provided excellent access for my grandsons wheelchair. The condo could use some towel bars and toilet paper holders. The pool and grill area were very nice.

Great Stay!

This is a hidden gem on the island! We have long stayed near Port Royal but decided to venture to South Beach. We were so glad we did! Super close to South Beach Marina and walking trails. The agency was extremely helpful and accommodating! Super responsive and everything was seamless! We will be back!

Better than the pictures

This was our 3rd trip to HHI and the 2 trips before this that were in a different condo were… *thumbs down*. It’s obvious the owners have poured a lot into renovations and the lovely decor. Location is perfect for tranquility from the balcony and a super easy walk to the beach. Bath towels being provided was a nice addition, and the wifi works great. When I needed to communicate prior to our trip about parking passes etc I received responses almost immediately from the management company. Very seamless process. Can’t wait to return! Also, they have a little welcome setup on the counter!
