Located on Folly Field Beach, it is centrally located and close to all island activities. We are about one mile from Shelter Cove Marina which hosts weekly crafts and fireworks during the summer. Our wide, sandy beach spans miles in either direction, and is well suited for swimming, long walks, and running or biking along the water's edge. The many sandbars and lifeguards make it a safe beach for the family! We host the largest swimming pool on the island, and there is a smaller pool adjacent to our building. There is entertainment as well as food and drink at the main pool. Children's activities including some evening child care programs are offered. Kid pool in addition to the 2 main pools. Beach chairs from our condo may be taken to the beach. Volleyball on the beach, on-site biking, tennis/pickle courts (ten lit courts).

Great beach getaway

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Great views and very close to beach. Condo had everything you needed. My only wish is that their would have been carts available to use for luggage and better signage outside and condo numbers-not owners fault of course. We arrived later than we expected and had a hard time finding the unit. Small glitch and had a wonderful time.

This condo was in a wonderful location with a lovely ocean view and incredibly easy access onto the beach. Our only issue was the surprisingly long distance from our car/parking lot into the unit. It took many trips carrying groceries, luggage, etc, up to the condo. There is an elevator, but there are no luggage carts or beach wagons available to make transport easier. If you bring your own wagon you’ll be all set.

We really enjoyed our stay here. So close to the beach and enjoyed the view from the balcony. Condo was very clean and had everything you need. Owner was so nice and communication was great. Would definitely stay here in the future!!

Diane, the owner, was very helpful, friendly and provided insights and directions right from the time we booked the property. Everything was arranged exactly as she had described. She helped in prepping up for trip, what to expect. The apartment itself was very clean and quite nice and cozy. The resort is very well maintained and clean. Beach is a quick couple of mins walk and is very clean. Great place for a fun beach getaway.

Wonderful vacation stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was just as we expected and had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Diane was quick to respond with any question I had and gave us great suggestions for things to do while we were there. It was nice being so close to the ocean and we really appreciated having beach chairs available to use. Great trip! We would stay here again!

Nice Ocean and Pond Views

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. This condo, thou it is not directly oceanfront, has a very nice view of the ocean and directly below the condo is a pond with turtles and an alligator who we enjoyed watching from the balcony. The location is a quick walk to the beach and the smaller Admiral's Row pool which was never crowded. The condo is very clean and organized, has new couches and the communication with the host was good. The photos and description accurately describe this condo and we would stay here again.

Great family vacation on HHI!

The condo was clean, well stocked, and had a beautiful ocean view. The resort has great pools, easy access to the beach and plenty to do for active families. We appreciated Diane’s communication and helpful tips/info for exploring the island and options for the few days we had challenging weather. Overall a great experience and we’ll definitely be back!

The location and desciption made this an excellent spot for a family vacation at Hilton Head. Small condo, but it is accurately described and well maintained. Ms. Dianne was an excellent communicator and responsive from booking to leaving the property. Beach is within easy walking distance, excellent pool areas and central to drive anywhere on the island. Beach items are clean and maintained so you don't have to get anything extra to enjoy sand and sun. Grocery and other needed items are a close drive also. Very relatxing property and would visit here again in a heartbeat. Book this condo with confidence of a nice relaxing vacation.

Beautiful, peaceful views!

We've stayed on property many times but never in this unit. It exceeded our expectations and we'd definitely stay there again! The peaceful location above the pond and with great views of both the ocean and marsh was fantastic. Plenty of space and a short walk to the beach. Loved everything about it!

Last minute stay

Our vacation rental was cancelled due to damage from Hurricane Helene. We reserved this unit the night before we arrived. The renter was gracious and very helpful. The unit is clean and we loved the balcony.
