Private Beach Access Condo, Unit 104

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in the desirable Shorewood Villas complex in South Forest Beach. It features a walkout patio that is steps from the pool and private beach access. Every room is equipped with a smart TV device, cable and High-speed Wi-Fi. The living room has a Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs. The master suite has a California King bed with its own walk out patio and a bathroom. There is a play yard available in the master closet. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed along with bunk beds. The bunk beds have a weight limit of 175lbs. The living room is furnished with a comfy memory foam queen pullout couch and has access to the patio.

The complex includes a heated outdoor pool, hot tub and a 1 ft children's pool. The pool is heated from the beginning of March until the end of April and from the beginning of October through the end of November. The hot tub is heated year round.

Coligny Park is a short 5 minute walk away and offers dining, shopping, live entertainment and a brand new Adventure Playground (2020). Bicycle rental and grocery stores are also a short walk away. The legendary Tiki-Hut with its live music, bar and dining is a must visit. Beach volleyball is available next to the Tiki-Hut. Also, don't forget the amazing beach.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a two week stay at the condo. It was definitely as advertised. The unit was clean, well stocked and centrally located. We would certainly consider staying at the location again and would recommended it to others.

We love staying in Shorewood! The complex is well taken care of and perfect for our family. Quick walk to Coligny. The unit was clean and well stocked. Even though we didn’t have a beach view, being ground level was great for our kids. They enjoyed the grassy area and the quick walk to the pool and beach. We would absolutely stay there again.

This condo had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. The furniture, appliances, and decorations were high-end and in wonderful condition. We appreciated the extra touches like blankets to use at night while watching TV and the books and puzzles to pass the time away during the chilly and rainy weather we had during our stay (we stayed end of October) and the hair dryers, curling and flat irons in the bathrooms. There was even a small potty seat for little ones to use. The pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature and it was very easy to walk to the beach. We rented bikes for the week from Island Life which was a 5 minute walk from the condo and rode them all around the area. All the shopping and restaraunts you could ever want were within a 5 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride of the condo. Overall, this was a beautiful and relaxing condo and we really enjoyed our stay.

The kitchen was well-equipped. I loved the fact that there were higher end pots and pans, unlike some places we have stayed. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean. The view was spectacular. The host was prompt in replying to questions. We would definitely go back!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay in this condo! There’s a private patio/deck which can be accessed from both the primary bedroom and the living room and we spent a lot of time there just watching wildlife and ocean. Egrets, hawks, butterflies, dragonflies, two cute cats and we even saw a beautiful buck antlers and all! Access to the beautiful beach is really close and convenient. You can actually walk right onto the grounds from the deck. No stairs or elevators needed for this unit! We loved the saltwater pool and hot tub. The pool is really close to the condo, but you don’t look right onto the pool, which I prefer. I’d much rather have a view of the marshland, animals and ocean beyond! The interior of the condo is lovely. Well equipped, big kitchen with great appliances and all the dishes, cups, glasses, pots & pans and other cooking tools you need. Huge TV and comfortable furniture and beds. We stayed for two weeks and loved it. It’s a super short walk to Coligny Plaza and it’s many shops and restaurants. The owner, Hugh, was super responsive and access to the condo was seamless. We’ll return as soon as possible!

Great Location

The condo was clean and perfectly located near everything. The pool was also very nice and centrally located. Beach access was a short and quick walk. The minimal issues we had during our stay were addressed quickly and communication was quick and responsive! Thanks for giving our family a place to make memories.

Family vacation

My family had a wonderful stay. The condo is exactly as pictured. It’s directly across from the beach and the location is an easy bike ride, walk or drive to Coligny Plaza, parks and restaurants. The condo is clean, the beds are comfortable and check-in/check-out is quick and easy. Thanks for having us. We plan to visit again in the future!

2nd stay-still amazing!

The best location on HHI! Close to Coligny Plaza and all it has to offer. So much to do within walking distance. There were several deer right outside the unit each night. Beautiful views and such a relaxing stay.

Or family had a great time staying here. It is conveniently located on the island near the parks, sea pines, and the beach. This unit is on the first floor so you can walk off the back porch to the beach or to the pool. The beds were comfortable too. No complaints at all.

Lovely rental

We had a wonderful time at this property. The patio is just gorgeous to sit and watch the water and wildlife (we kept seeing two male deer walk by and lots of interesting birds). The property is clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay here agian.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo. It was very clean, well stocked, comfortable furnishings, just as the pictures describe. Hugh was great to work with. Would absolutely stay here again. Love Shorewood! It is our favorite place to stay in HH. Walk or ride bikes to everything.

End of Cancer Treatment Celebration!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this location. There were just a couple of areas of improvement that I recommended to owner but overall loved our stay, was very peaceful and relaxing and we had a very nice time. We plan to return in the future!

As advertised

the owners must have been doing this for a while. They seemed to think of everything that you could need. there was even a closet full of beach things. Check in was easy and instructions were helpful with tv's and access codes.
