2216 Villamare is a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom villa located on the second floor of the Villamare Complex in Palmetto Dunes. This lovely oceanside villa is in building two with landscape views from the living room and both bedrooms. The large, open floor plan with plank flooring in the main living area and bedrooms and sky-blue walls provides you with a relaxing, spacious vacation rental. This villa is perfect for families or a weekend getaway for two couples.
The fully equipped kitchen, renovated in 2025, has a breakfast bar with two stools, granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances and new laundry center with full-size front loading washer and dryer. Adjacent to the kitchen is a an oval dining table that seats six. The living room features a blue sofa, matching love seat, an armchair, and a mounted 55” Smart TV. There is access to a covered balcony with a table for two. A relaxing place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
Off the living room, behind the French doors, is the master bedroom that has a king size bed, bench seat, swivel chair, and 50” Smart TV. There is a door to the balcony that is shared with the living room. The private bathroom has a single vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate tub. The guest bedroom is located off the main foyer area and has two queen beds, an accent chair, and a 50” Smart TV. This bedroom has a private bathroom and balcony. The bathroom has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo.
Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.
Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}
Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
